Can these sleeves be washed at 60 degrees please?

I haven't washed the sleeves yet but I've washed the gloves of the same material - I washed at 40C. They came out ok - a bit softer and smaller but cleaner.

Will these stop burning yourself. On the oven shelf.

I use them for gardening and they’re brilliant, though they’re not designed for this I would imagine they would give you protection from your domestic oven shelves as they’re quite thick.

Would these be any good for archery?

An interesting question! They’d certainly be better than nothing, and very comfortable to wear. I’ve just worn mine for the best part of six hours, working in a dense thicket, lopping branches, and all manner of thorny whips. I also wear them when working in the engine bay of my car, and other difficult to access spaces. They reduce bruising to some extent, but they do a very good job in preventing abrasions.

Can anyone confirm whether these are actually level 5 slash resistant to knives?

I wouldn't try if I were you ...! I use them in the garden to protect from thorn bushes but thorns still get through but some pretty good protection from scratches though ... pretty sturdy but showing signs of wearing through already after a couple of weeks
