Great exercise, lots of fun, works well.
I bought this seven years ago and used it fairly regularly for a while. Then health problems sidelined me for a few years. Now I’m using it again. I don’t play lacrosse. (I played “sandlot” lacrosse as a teenager, in the ‘60s.) But I enjoy throwing and catching with a crosse, and this bungeed ball lets me do that. I have not progressed beyond bouncing off the driveway, but I do get some distance. To the criticisms I’ve read in low-star reviews: I’ve never had a problem with it disconnecting. Maybe it’s the stick you’re using? Mine is an inexpensive STX. (I don’t scoop the ball with this attached.) Yes, the cord tangles sometimes, especially if I give a half-hearted throw. And yes, knots can form, but if you catch them early they’re easy to undo. I have most success with side-arm throws. As to the ball flying back dangerously, don’t throw so hard until you get used to it. I don’t know whether my bungee has stretched over the years. It’s currently six feet long. The ball doesn’t come back with great force unless I pull it back.If this wears out, I’ll gladly buy another.

Not what thought was buying for
Product only works if you have a wall or rebounder to throw ball at to bounce back . All does without if throwing at ground is bounce along floor not even high enough to catch a legit pass or practicing catching pass . So can only be used outside and if have wall or rebounder . Definitely not properly descriptive of how product can be used properly

Not perfect, but gets the job done
Had it since Feb 2018 and works fine. Followed directions and started with bounce passes to get used to how the ball comes back and progressed from there. It will come off occasionally and can get tangled, but it's nice a solution when you don't have space to store a real rebounder. I like that I can take it with me, which is harder to do with traditional wall rebounder.

Does Not Stay On
My son prefers this to his bounce back it does NOT stay on his stick. It fell off 5 times in the first 10 minutes. So we ditched the clasp part and tie it on when he uses it. Kind of a pain to get it on and off that way but it solved the problem.

The cord is too short
The cord is very short which makes it very difficult for a beginner to use. My son was not able to use it to practice because the ball would come back so quickly that he didn't have time to react.
