This is a healthy choice with good fiber from the rice, and this brown rice tastes good and is easy and quick to make. I like to cook it first then add the oil and butter and seasonings. Prepare some fresh broccoli and carrots and onions in the microwave, season well and then pour them on top of a bowl of rice with French bread or rolls on the side with butter for a great wholesome meal.

Not bad but little tough

So much more convenient than cooking conventional brown rice- 10 min. as opposed to 40 min. Tastes good, though slightly chewy, but is versatile to either eat on its' own, or as part of a skillet meal. I alternate making brown and white Minute Rice- both are worth the purchase for the convenience and flavor.
