Weighted Blanket Large Navy Blue 16 lbs 54” x 72”

I am tall and this was the longest blanket I could buy. My feet stick out the end. I wish they made a longer one. And for what it's worth, the 10% +1 lb rule for what weight to order is probably too light. Next one I get will be heavier.

I do not have autism, but I'm a 29-yr-old female with severe OCD, mild Trichotillomania, & other fun issues that life loves to give us. One night, I realized the comfort felt when my bf drapes his leg over my legs while he sleeps. It dawned on me that the pressure from the weight of his legs somehow soothes my anxieties and also relieves pain. When I sleep with this weighted blanket, I'm no longer in pain that can be caused from anxiety & depression. When I do not sleep with it, I wake up feeling 80 years old.

My 10 year old sleep-fighter loves this new blanket. It is substantial, and gives him the deep pressure he needs at night. I put it over him at night, as it would be hard for him to do it himself. Do note the body weight to blanket weight ratio. If I hadn't known I'd ordered the recommended size, I might not have put it on him. Got a much smaller one for little sister, too, and she uses it on car rides.

You never realize how much you needed a blanket like this until you receive it. when i read.. Or watch you tube videos in bed it really helps me be comfortable, calm down, not move around, settle in and focus.! I cant get enough of this blankets comfortable weight.. Its not just for sleeping pleasure..

I love sleeping with this blanket. It has mostly replaced my comforter.One issue: Because it is filled with plastic pellets, it doesn't breathe as well as other blankets. It is easy to get sweaty with this one.One thing that would improve this blanket is a way to make it stay in place. Because it is so heavy, it's hard to adjust it when it starts to fall off the bed or gets squinched against the wall.

My son (8) loves it. It helps him sleep through the night and makes him feel safe. Worth the money. I researched several blankets and this one stood out to me for several reasons. The pockets of weight really work, the neck cut out and it is washable.

I bought this as a tool to deal with my SEVERE anxiety. It definitely helps calm me down. I am 5'4" and the blanket is just long enough to cover me. Anyone taller should probably get an XL.

My son loves that it muffled some of the sound from thunderstorms. He seems to be sleeping more sound at night.
