Works as advertised
Have been using this one over the door and it works flawlessly. I am about 170 lbs and it holds my weight easily. While I do one legged sit ups, these would be a great tool for rehabilitation and strengthening of the knees.

Easy to use, great for home workouts
This is a simplified version of TRX and costs a lot less. This is a good option for home workouts or they are easy to pack for workouts while you travel (as long as there is a door). The gravity trainer is easy to set up and use. I like that it has a four point adjusting system, that is simple to adjust for more or less resistance or for different users.I was a little hesitant to use at first, but after using it a few times I trust it and it feels secure. The handles are soft and provide a secure, comfortable grip. The straps feel well made and strong. It’s most obvious uses are back extensions, chest press, and single leg squats. It does come with more exercise ideas and after using it a few times you can get creative with more workouts. The main limitation I have found is, because it is anchored to the door, I am not able to move as freely as you can with TRX, like being directly under the straps and I am not able to adjust as precisely as other gravity trainers. However, I am still able to get a great full body-TRX style workout in at home at a great price.

Excellent alternative to TRX. Worth it!
Best option if you can’t afford the TRX straps. Strong and sturdy. Great deal. I have three sets for my training class.

Okay
Works okay. But mine was made uneven on a couple of knobs. So one side an inch longer when exercise. Then on one the plastic center piece wasn’t there. So can’t use that that level bc it slips on door.

Limited usability in many homes
First off, this works by hanging over a closed door. There are chunky sections on the strip that hang over the door to anchor it in place so the straps don’t pull through. To shorten the usable length, you put all the chunky sections over the top of the door. To lengthen, you pull sections back towards you so there are fewer sections on the back side of the door. If possible, I recommend putting the chunky sections on the side of the door that follows the natural direction of how it opens. This way, when you pull on the straps, it is pulling in the natural direction that the door shuts. If it goes the other way, you are putting strain on the door because it pulls the door in the direction that it opens while the hardware is trying to keep it closed. My biggest issue with this gravity trainer is that in this era of open concept design, you may not have many closable doors to work with, and the ones you do have may not be in areas that work well for exercising. While I was excited about using this for body weight strength training, I am limited to front, bedroom, or closet doors and the layout of my home within these areas limits me to having to perform the exercises in my hallway - which is less than ideal. If you live in a home with lots of doors, or your doors are in huge rooms with lots of space, this may be great for you. If you live in an open concept home with few doors or have quirky layouts like I do, you will likely find that this has very limited usability.

Great for traveling!
This is a nice, different way to train. It's easy to set up and use and can be used for a variety of exercises. I like to take it when I travel so I can still get a good work out with minimal space and equipment.

No brainer alternative to TRX
Tremendous value in a suspension trainer that is actually BETTER than the $150+ TRX because it has two independent straps and handles (like still rings) instead of the overly complicated adjustable "V" design of TRX, which is a total PITA to get perfectly even, and gets in the way of itself on things like ring pushups. Delighted to have found this version for travel/hotel rooms. Works perfectly and got it at Walmart for much less than the price in this ad.

SPRI Gravity Trainer
This gravity trainer takes up no room which is a definite plus in a variety of situations including no space to devote to a home gym and/or conditions (weather, work-at-home, frequent travel, etc.) that make it difficult to get to the gym. Compact to store and transport, according to the provided information, this device can be used by individuals weighing 300 pounds or less.Included is an instruction sheet that explains how to anchor the device to the door--over top between door and door frame on side without exposed hinges—and safety information. Clear color illustrations and written directions are provided for six different exercises, two each for lower body, upper body and trunk. After anchoring the trainer I tested it out slowly to ensure proper installation and also build confidence that it will hold. Very good.

No es una buena descripción del producto
Los materiales son resistentes y de buena calidad. Sin embargo, cuando compré el producto, la descripción no marcaba que era para anclarla a la puerta. Yo esperaba que tuviera un arnés o se pudiera anclar a una barra
