Allstar ALL11170 1-1/2" Taper 7.15 Degree Taper Reamer with T-Handle

Cuts really well but then it dulls out fairly quick. Reaming out steering knuckles. Good for slight clean up adjustments but doesnt work well for my application. Doesnt fit the drill very well has there is no retention grooves on the reamers to hold well in the chuck

Worked great in a gear drive 1/2" drill after predrilling hole and with the use of some cutting oil.

Not a cheap tool! The teeth "pitch" make this very easy to hold the tool straight in the bore while reaming out. Been using with cutting oil, low speed drill, and no pressure. Opening up jeep tj/lj/xj/zj TR arms for 5/8" TRE

Unit works well but the litle tee handle is a wast of time I ground a square shank on the end to use a tap handle

Turned the time to reseat a ball link form a puzzling twenty minutes with a questionable result to about two minutes. Used in a high torque drill and oil the workpiece during use and you get a rapid, perfectly tapered seat for the ball joint. High quality edge with a very sharp set.

I think best used in a pedestal drill with stops set, I finished my job as required with a little more care. Great Item...

Looks like a quality ream. Shank was wobbley.

It reamed like it should and my steering fit right after.

I used oil and low speed -cordless drill with body weight downward to my advantage in this instance.
