Good Working SFP But Check Your Device Compatability
If you're like me, you read reviews HEAVILY. I'm an IT Manager and no this isn't one of those pansy fake reviews lol.I got the SFP 4/5. My UDM Pro recognized it immediately but I won't lie, it some tinkering to get it to work. Check your devices Compatability before you buy SFPs.This works well on my current setup which is ATT Modem/RT 5GB port into my UDM Pro SFP+ Port 10.I had to tweak thr settings on my ATT M/RT to 2.5GB speed and MDIX on and UDM Pro to 10G speed. After that it works like a charm and I'm super happy. I will provide an additional update down the line but here is to day 1 of using the SFP and I'm extremely happy.Running the speed test from the UDM Pro and I'm getting my 2GB ATT plan with success.

RJ45 to SPF+ - Support N-GbE upto 10GbE
It works great. And it gets hot. As expected.

Solid, works well. Oddly, reports as 850nm multi-mode fiber.
Using in a MikroTik CRS305-1G-4S+IN 10GbE switch. Keep in mind that 1GBASE-T modules require more power than fiber or DAC modules, so it runs hot--any 1GBASE-T module will. Make sure your device can handle it!I had some troubles with the first unit I received. It would work for a few days and then lose its link. I had to reset it by removing and re-inserting the module, and then it would work again for a few more days. However, HiFiber reached out to me directly once I reported this issue and sent me another one. The replacement has been working flawlessly since then. Great, five-star customer service! This module unfortunately does not support DDM, so there is no report of temperature or line conditions to the switch. The manufacturer tells me that this is expected. More oddly, it reports as an 850nm multi-mode (SR) fiber module, part number SFP-10G-SR. Sadly, this makes my switch's SFP+ module page less useful, but it has no bearing on basic functionality.Interestingly, an ipolex DAC module I have and the HiFiber part have similar-format serial numbers, so I'm guessing they're from the same assembly line.Physical construction is as solid as you'd expect. Some Ethernet cables with a large boot may have trouble seating all the way into the jack though. You may have to try more than one cable.(Updated to reflect the outcome of the initial problem and upgrade the overall rating to match.)

Works good.
My old one would no longer link up. This one linked up right away with the same port and cables. Priced right. Would buy again.

Work fine in most applications, but not Intel certified.
What can I say. They work with Broadcom and Intel chipset cards and work perfect in my switches. They do not work with cards actually made by Intel and are not on the Intel compatibility guide. Buyer beware. Nothing wrong with these, Intel branded cards are just finicky. Everything else I plug them into they work perfect. Even with one of these switch side and an Intel one to Intel card on the other. 9.42Gbits/sec over 100 meters of OM4 cable. Work with both TPLink and Netgear managed switches.

Easy Installation
Installed the units to utilize SPFs for uplinks on Ubiquiti switches to free up POE ports and as soon as they were connected, they came online and started passing traffic with minimal negotiation. Downtime was less then 30 seconds for the units to be usable.

Add More Ports To Your Switch
The media could not be loaded. I have a couple UniFi 8 port PoE switches that were running out of ports, by adding these SFP to RJ45 transceivers, I essentially added additional ports to my switches for $11 per port (I put one in my 48 port switch too!) In my case I use them for the uplink / downlink between switches, where I don’t need PoE, leaving the PoE+ ports open for cameras. They’re easy to install, but do read the little booklet, there’s a clip you must open to put them in or take them out. I quickly installed this 4 pack and was back up and running, I have 1Gbps, but if you have faster SFP+ (2.5Gbps) they have transceivers for those too. Good buy in my book (or switch).

Compatibility Issues with 10G Single Mode SFP+ LC Module: Not Suitable for Ubiquiti
I recently purchased the 10G Single Mode SFP+ LC Module with high hopes for a seamless integration into my Ubiquiti equipment, as claimed by the seller. Unfortunately, my experience with this module has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The primary issue I encountered was the module's supposed compatibility with Ubiquiti (UISP) equipment. Despite trying the module in various Ubiquiti devices, I consistently faced challenges in getting it to work. The module was not coded or configured for use with Ubiquiti, leading to a frustrating and unproductive experience.Even more perplexing was the fact that when the module was plugged into the device with no cable attached, it would show a link as active. However, this was deceptive, as attempts to establish a functional connection with actual network equipment proved unsuccessful. The module failed to perform as expected, rendering it incompatible with the Ubiquiti devices it was intended for.The lack of proper coding for Ubiquiti compatibility raises concerns about the accuracy of the seller's claims and the overall reliability of the product. The expectation of a plug-and-play experience was not met, leading to wasted time and efforts in attempting to troubleshoot and make the module function as advertised. In summary, my experience with the 10G Single Mode SFP+ LC Module was marked by compatibility issues, specifically with Ubiquiti equipment. The failure to establish a functional connection and the misleading indication of an active link without an actual cable were major disappointments. I advise caution to others considering this module for use with Ubiquiti devices, as it may not deliver the promised compatibility and ease of integration.

Does not work with Cisco, also bad quality
Does not work with Cisco, also bad quality, it wiggles inside the port and does not have proper contact. Tried it with a Cisco switch, a Cisco Meraki switch, even a Fortigate Firewall. Does not work. Data is sent, but nothing is received.

SFP+ (Intel Version)

Using this on Ubiquiti US-16-XG and Sabrent NT-SS5G
Using this with the Ubiquiti US-16-XG and it provide not only 10GbE but when connected to the Sabrent NT-SS5G it will downswitch to 5GbE as well.
