At first I was stunned by the size of the bulb. I foolishly just expected a bright regular bulb with the fabric doing all of the work. It's huge and far brighter than anticipated. You have to avoid looking at it even for a second. The tripod is reasonable quality. There's a bit of sway, but it holds the unit well enough. The 'foil' is a is very reflective and the fabric fits over nicely giving a much softer light. Given that this thing is such a good price, I would seriously advise buying a remote control gang extension lead. This basically converts it into a remote control light, which is handy if you don't want to get up between takes and save on bulb life. My office is tidy, so it's a mission to get up to turn it off at it's the switch (on the wire). Overall, thoroughly recommended!

I love it! The light is perfect and the bag is a bonus for storage and carrying it with me.

I'm using this light to take product pictures for my web shop and so far they look very professional. Its very easy to assemble. Only 1 bulb comes with this and its still going after using it on a daily basis. Really happy I bought this.

I already have two of these and was looking for a cheaper option for the third one for my surprise it looks exactly the same as my other two high priced ones. Material the functions and even the lights exactly the same which was shocking to me cuz i have spent lot more money on the same product in past.The stand is not flimsy and the light is bright enough and it comes with a bag where i can put all my other photography aswell.Over all a happy customer

This kit is able to light up an entire room very easily. I highly recommend it. All the pictures I have attached I have taken with these lights in pitch black. I bought these because I desperately needed extra lighting but at an affordable price. This went above and beyond delivering that.
