The bulbs came in premium packaging protecting them really well which is always a good sign. I bought some un-branded ones just a week before this purchase and the saying you get what you pay for came true, one of the other bulbs failed after two days on the cheap ones. These actually look better made when you inspect them closely. Fitting was straight forward, it took me some time but this was down to the fact that they were going in my X-Type Jaguar and as any other X-Type owner will tell you, it's almost impossible to do in our cars easily and you almost expect grazed knuckles and scratches due to the silly limited space you have to work in, even less on my diesel version due to the location of diesel specific components in the engine bay. Anyway once fitted the new bulbs were beautiful and bright and whilst its early days so I couldn't rate the longevity of them, they are certainly an improvement over the standard issue H1 bulbs from the well known car retailers. I expect them to have a shorter life than standard ones, because thats very common with the bulbs that burn brighter. They do seem a slighty whiter light too than standard ones which makes them feel a little more modern, but don't expect LED type whiteness, just less yellow in my opinion. I will definately buy these again, the are priced well at around £20 for two when I purchased.

Popped these into my main beams after the aftermarket LED’s became illegal and an MOT fail. They’re genuine and although not as bright as my previous LED’s (obviously), they do the job well. I had Nightbreakers as dipped beams in my old car years ago and they didn’t even last a year but as these are in my main, they won’t be used quite as much so hoping they’ll last a bit longer. Warm colour temperature which is nowhere near the white you get from LED’s so if you’re buying these to match LED, I wouldn’t bother. Otherwise, decent bulbs with decent light throw.

My 407 headlights were not as bright as I thought they should be so I asked on the Peugeot forum and these were recommended by other 407 owners. They are great and I can now see the road ahead and to the sides clearly. Exactly as Osram claim. Not sure how long they last. Even the pack gives 2 stars so that's what I have done too for longevity. Install tip. The bulb clips are separate each side so pull up and clip under the older for each side.. Fit new bulb to cbale plug DO NOT TOUGH THE BULB GLASS and fit snug in the lugs. Then remove clip wire for each side so it rests tightly on back of bulb. If it is loose beam will not be right. Do not do as I did and bend the wire holding down clips upwards.

Drive a VW Transporter which has notoriously poor headlamps. Replaced standard bulbs with these and there was a big improvement but not super bright as some had predicted.

If you’re still driving around with standard factory bulbs, you really don’t know what you’re missing. I swapped my old H1s for these OSRAM Night Breaker Lasers, and the difference is "night and day." The Highlights: Impressive Brightness: These bulbs live up to the hype. The light is significantly brighter and reaches much further down the road than standard halogens. It makes spotting road signs and hazards much easier, which definitely boosts your confidence during night journeys. Whiter Light: The beam is noticeably whiter and cleaner. It’s not quite LED-white, but it’s a far cry from that dull, yellow glow of cheaper bulbs. Easy Installation: I was worried they might be a bit fiddly, but they were incredibly easy to install. They fit perfectly into the existing housing with no modifications needed—a quick 5-minute job that makes a world of difference. Verdict: They might be a little more expensive than your basic bulb, but for the extra safety and visibility you get, they are worth every penny. If you do a lot of driving on unlit roads, these are a must-have. 5/5 — Excellent performance and easy to fit.

Bought these as originals on my jaguar were lower output and very difficult to see well during spells of driving in the dark. They are excellent, they improve the overall driver vision from the car. I would say, and this is only my estimation, they add about 10 metres of vision over my originals and they make it much easier to see when glare from oncoming lights affects your vision. They were really easy to fit, couple of minutes for each one. I have noticed the headlight glass gets warm which I assume is a result of the extra power producing more heat. No noticeable change in level of battery charge when on although I assume they need more power than the old ones. All in all a good experience so far. Only been fitted a month so can’t comment on durability.

Excellent as described

Good quality, delivered on time. These have been fitted to the car for 2 months and have both just blown at same time. I noticed in that 2 months some of the other bulbs not working properly but didn't think much of it until these both blew. Now the other lamps work properly again. I would say these are not suitable for Honda hrv 2002.

Das Licht ist wirklich în der Tat heller und strahlt merkbar eine längere Strecke. Wenn die Herstelkers Angaben stimmen alle überein, bin sehr gespannt ob die angegebene kurze Lebensdauer auch stimmt, was natürlich sehr schade wehre. Ansonsten verleihe ich dieses Produkt den vollen Punktzahl und eine Weiterempfehlung.

I needed a replacement for my daughter's 2009 CRV, so I purchased this 2-pack of OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER LASER H1 bulbs. I replaced the dead bulb, and there was a noticeable difference in brightness. The entire process to do both bulbs took maybe 15 minutes once I figured out how to get a grip on the driver's side, which is snugged up about an inch from a fuse box. Very happy with the increased brightness, and they're a good value.
