I heard about this product from a friend and I'm getting ready for a big bodybuilding show and wanted to see if this one was any good , I have used many brands before even Preparation H as all us bodybuilders know it helps pull water off but stinks like a**.. LOLBut I must say this product really does work and smells nice too, I did a before and after pic of my abs and after my workout and Cardio the water was running down my stomach.. And I have to say this product is not just for men , YOU Ladys can use it too ,If its good enough for a man then its strong enough for me 😁 diet is also a good plan to see them sexy abs..

Good product, but nearly impossible to wash off your hands or body.

I have always have a hard time sweating during my workouts. I have tried a couple different things to help me sweat such as increasing my water intake and wearing a sweatshirt and sweat pants. Needless to say nothing ever worked. Couldn't lose much weight so I turned to supplements such as fat burners and diet pills. Those really didnt seem to do much for me either. I had good results with a few fat burners but nothing crazy. Decided to give this a shot after debating for a couple months. Finally gave in. haha Anyways this stuff has helped me tremendously. I pour sweat, and am able to power through my workout much easier. I have noticed less bloating and the weight loss has really started to pick up after the 3rd week of use. I was a little worried about the ingredients and what I was putting on my skin. I took it to my doctor last week and he approved which is just an awesome bonus!! I can't seem to find anything negative about this product

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this some months ago and I tried it a few times before the return date came and I stopped using it and totally forgot to send it back and now I'm stuck with this cream that doesn't work. It doesn't get hot AT ALL. This is by far the worst $40 I've ever spent. I am so annoyed that I cannot return it for a refund. Save yourself some time as well as money and do not buy.

Overall a good product. The company that makes the product genuinely cares about their customers. While I believe there are no miracle cures out there. Nothing can replace an active lifestyle and healthy diet. This product certainly holds a place in your healthy arsenal. Special note - Always make sure you read all the ingredients of any product to make sure they do not contain things one might be allergic to as well.

I did not expect a miracle cream and I mainly bought it to increase heat around my stomach when I lift and work out.Did not feel any difference under my shirt. Waste of money

The modern man product line is great. I use three of their products and they are work great for me. I especially love the thermogentic cream. I put it on about 10 minutes before I do my worm up and after about five minutes I can the sweat starting. It has really made a difference in my metabolism getting in to high gear.
