I was dealing with REALLY bad post partum gas, my farts smelled so bad I sould want to leave the room so my baby daddy didnt have to go through the horrible experience, I started taking these with almost every meal ( I focus on high protein vegan foods). Now I have days where I dont fart at all! Which felt like a fantasy, I mean I was farting 30+ times a day, this stuff really improved my quality of life

I like the stuff.When I first looked into the idea of adding a protease complex to my post workout shakes, I really like the idea but it was pretty hard to find a really strong complex that was an extremely expensive.I actually bought a really well-known brand a while ago, and for 120 capsules it was almost $65. I only used one capsule per 25 to 30 grams of protein, so you could see how that can add up really quickly.With this product I like how cheap it is, but that they specify that it's for protein digestion. You need to think about how fast that protein digest post workout, to get all the benefits of all the protein your Downing after your intense workout. If all that proteins just sitting in your belly not digesting very well, like some proteins can especially with the lot of calcium in them. And if you're not digesting it that you won't be able to utilize that protein.This product works great I just pop 1 2 3 depending on how much protein I'm consuming and I feel like my shake digests extremely fast, with no gastrointestinal effects side-effects. Will buy again.

I tried everything to relieve my digesting issues which have come to me every time I have eaten something with protein, no matter if it was a protein shake or just a protein-rich Joghurt. I got bloated, gassy and sometimes I even got diarrhea. I did not feel well for a long, long time (about 17 years!).These enzyme have finally solved my problems fully - immediately. I usually take 1 capsule for every 20 - 25 g of protein I get in one meal. I do open the capsule and shake or mix it together with the protein shake or protein rich food I am eating to ensure, the enzymes can work right away.I am so thankful to have found these enzymes and I can fully recommend trying if you have problems with protein-shakes, protein and the like.I barely write reviews even though I buy quite a lot stuff here on Amazon. But this product was worth the effort in writing this. Thank you!

If I had written a review after my first bottle of this supplement, it would have been a 5, hands down. However, after buying my second bottle recently, I have been extremely disappointed. The first batch ensured absolutely no gas or intestinal discomfort with my protein shake. This batch has done NOTHING. The shake hasn't changed, nor has the rest of my diet. I'm not sure if the formula of this product changed (the capsules did look much darker than my first bottle, or if I received a bad batch, but I am pretty upset with the situation.

Too soon to tell. I'm trying to increase my protein absorption. Time will tell.

I used this product for nearly 2 months. I tried using it both after a protein shake or just prior to drinking a protein shake. This is a very individual product. There is no guarantee it will aid your digestion. It will only help you if you are in need of the specific probiotics or enzymes in the product. For me, i actually digested the protein shake better without using this product than with it. Something in the product made my digestion worse. I continued to use it thinking maybe there is an adaptation or adjustment period but nothing changed after 2 months.

Works well.
