Exactly what I expected
The purple and blue are meh, which they usually are with any brand. The other colors are super bright in the black light. The pallet is way smaller than i expected though.

Fun for glow parties -- make friends and paint faces.
Actually glowed under UV light, which many things that *look* neon don't. Easy to use; nice, bright colors, stayed on well through dancing (much to my surprise). I did my face and several of my friends',

Not disappointed
For the price and how quickly I got the product I have no complaints. I used the orange, green and purple. Purple didn’t show up AS good (in black light) as the other two colors but that didn’t bother me. I tried to use the top left lightest color and that didn’t show up at all when water was added to it. Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase especially since I’ll most likely only use it occasionally for specific events, it did the job.
