Great product tastes great and still fizzy. Bottle is medium sized 16.9 oz not the big one. It’s going to be horrible I’m going to be drinking this all the time 😭😭😭. You get 6 bottles for 5 bucks man worth wish the bottles were BIGGER

I picked up this drink because I wanted something convenient to keep on hand, and I’ve been happy with it overall. It’s an easy option to grab when I’m heading out, relaxing in my dorm, eating a meal, or just want something different to drink. The flavor is enjoyable and refreshing, especially when served cold. I personally think it tastes best straight out of the refrigerator or over ice. I also appreciate the convenience of the packaging. It’s easy to store in the fridge and grab when I need it, which is especially helpful for college and dorm life where refrigerator and storage space can be limited. Another thing I like is that it works well in a variety of situations. I can have one with lunch or dinner, bring one along for a busy day, keep some in my dorm, or take them with me when traveling.

I’ve been an Amazon customer for over 14 years and this order was genuinely disappointing The product arrived tasting completely off. Stale, artificial and nothing like a Diet Coke-style soda should taste. It had this strange chemical metallic aftertaste that made it seem like either the batch was defective, old, improperly stored or there was a serious quality control issue. This was not just a matter of personal preference. The taste was so unpleasant that I couldn’t keep drinking it What made the experience worse was trying to resolve the issue through Amazon. Because this is a food or beverage item, it is not easily returnable, which I understand in theory. But Amazon has made it increasingly difficult to reach an actual customer service representative when something is wrong. The process feels deliberately obstructive, especially when the issue is product quality and not just a simple return After more than 14 years as a customer, I’m honestly reconsidering my membership altogether. Amazon’s customer service has declined so much, and experiences like this make it feel like customer loyalty really does not matter anymore. Why are we shipping bottled carbonated drinks in flimsy plastic bags? I would not recommend this product unless the seller can address the quality control problem. At minimum, Amazon and the seller need to make it much easier for customers to report defective or poor quality consumable items

I have been buying this for a long time and typically get multiple packages at once. Most of the time, the taste is exactly what is expected and very consistent, with that familiar crisp Diet Coke flavor that makes it easy to enjoy regularly. However, there was one bad experience where it tasted like the syrup ratio was off. The flavor was noticeably different and not enjoyable at all, and unfortunately it affected all five packages from that purchase. That batch was not drinkable for me. Other than that one instance, the product has been reliable and consistent in quality, and I have not had similar issues before or after that time. Overall, it is usually a dependable caffeine free soda option, but consistency can vary based on the occasional batch issue.
