EWheels EW-20 Long Range High Speed Mobility Scooter 300lbs

I bought this scooter to go to trade shows and use when RVing. I used it at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas and it was a life saver. Several comments that it was the coolest scooter they had seen. Could use a bit more leg room but it worked GREAT & was certainly the FASTEST scooter at the show. Battery life was excellent and it seemed to have enough power to get me up ramps when necessary but had to be on highest power to do so. ( I am 6’ tall and weigh 260 lbs)

The seat does not adjust so handle bars sit right on the rider's chest or stomach, which impedes steering. NOT safe. There were missing bolts on the basket when it arrived at our home as well that had to be sent out. Doesn't fit a person up to300 lbs as advertised. My husband isn't even quit that heavy. I tried to return the item since it basically doesn't live up to expectations but since it isn't actually defective Cascade Healthcare Solutions want us to pay the return shipping costs plus 20% restock fee unless I want to exchange for another model but still expected to pay for shipping. Doesn't seem like they have the customer in mind for sure, just the money. To repair his first EWheels scooter would cost $300 dollars for the motor and the tech fee to do the repairs which last time was $150. He doesn't even ride it that much for the transmission to go out in 4 yrs for a scooter that cost nearly $2000. At this point we will pay to have a welder add a plate and make it so the seat can be adjusted--cheaper. Refuse to give these guys another penny. Very dissatisfied Customer.

I truly want to give this a high rating. Customer service stayed with me from the issue with the third party delivery company to an issue with the steering. Kudos to William at Bargain Blast. The scooter itself does not handle as well as I'd like. It tipped me over once and fell on me. It feels on the verge of tipping over on even the slightest grade. Otherwise, it does everything I want. Perhaps the weight limit should be lower.

Scooter is fast a gets around great I’ve had mine for around a year now and is still working as described I love it other reviews have said it’s unstable and it can be if your going to fast at slow speeds it’s fine I would have given it a five star rating except for plastic fenders are cracking and falling apart other than that it’s been great

it kind of like JUNK the lights stop work it will not hold a charge if you are not carefull it will tip OVER with you on it the batt charger is like a TOY rate from 1-10 10 being high ied give it a 3

After ordering the scooter it took 2 weeks to get here . Ok, the scooter looks good, seems to be fairly well built and includes desirable options but I feel unsafe when I drive it. When I sit on the seat the unit wobbles to left and right instead of exhibiting a feeling of stability. The seat seems to be too high, above the center of gravity and the space between the seat and the handlebars makes for a tight fit. When I drive it I do not feel in full in control and worry that it will topple over easily. . The unit seems to have a mind of its own when driving at higher speeds, the steering is not positive. I wish that I had taken the time to try out one of these out before ordering it blindly on Amazon. I am 74 with bad knees and can not afford to topple over. I really can not recommend this for older people.

This vehicle would not even make it up my driveway. Not even close! Not nearly enough wattage (after charging)! Not only that but I had extreme difficulty even getting into the vehicle (I am 5' 8" and weigh 238). Not really fat, but athletic build. Not only that, but in order to return it I have to ship it all the way to Florida - at my expense. Then they will charge me a restocking fee on top of that. The item was reviewed on Amazon as the EW-19. Looked good. Then for $100 more I got the chair with the back, etc with the EW-20. My mistake was NOT going with Amazon. Top Mobility is the company. Between shipping costs and restocking fees I CAME CLOSE TO BREAKING EVEN. Never, ever, order from Top Mobility.Please, never order from Top Mobility. I will probably keep the mobility scooter and just take the loss. Cheaper for me! Want to buy a scooter cheap.? Give me a call at nine two eight, four seven four, eighteen forty nine.
