These are entirely plastic and appear to be non-conductive. Some cable clamps have a steel interior to provide rigidity that could become energized. here appear to be all plastic, are flexible and the assortment in the package is reasonable.

I had a project with many cables and wires - various sizes. I needed something for permanent tie downs on some cables and wires. I also needed something that would just act as guides for other cables and wires. I've now used every size in the package and these have been a fantastic find. More than 80% are used as guides - where only the bottom is screwed into the project boards. This way, they can be rotated and can give tension to the wires and cables for routing but also allows for the changing and reconfiguration of the wires easily.

I use these fasteners to secure and improve the look of my solar installs. While they have never come with as many screws as plastic pieces, they work well. I was disappointed to see that they no longer come with screws at all but cost more.

I promise, short story. I live in Northern California, on a bit off grid. Do a lot of work on everything from Jeeps, motorcycles, hot rods, and tractors. Pretty much anything with a engine. I love the assortment kits. Besides saving time and not having to run into town, it gives me multiple options. These are exactly what you would expect, vinyl, pliable, good material. And a good assortment of sizes. The assortment box itself is reasonable. They work, I’m glad I got them.

They did what they promised

Installing the Blink camera's outside my house. These fit the bill. I installed four with 30' cords to power the camera's instead of the (2) year batts that alert you when you turn on a camera (you are using up valuable batt life) . I want to look for as long as I want and not have to worry about the battery. The only issue may be water tightness. But again, that's why God made Silicone caulk. What is cool about this kit is it worked great, had the right size and now have extra's for just about any cable I need to run.
