It is very much painable. If you stick it to a hairy part of your body and pull! Very much pain able.

Would this work on a cracked pvc pipe? leaking water on a rv.

It would work temporary until you can fix pipe properly. I do not know if adhesive on this tape would stick to PVC pipe. There is an EPOXY wrap that is catilized by water that I used to fix a leaky pipe and Amazon does sell this product

will this stick to vinyl and cloth? just replaced my convertible top but in a few years will need a quick repair before I have time to replace
