great unit
This unit works fine, although I had some trouble connecting with blue tooth. I would suggest reading the instructions.

It's cheap, it works, but...
First of all, I really debated giving this 4 stars instead of 3, but I just couldn't bring myself to. The headset itself works fine, and is fairly comfortable. It doesn't exactly feel rock solid, but it doesn't feel super cheap either. My complaints about the headset realistically should be directed at the Google Cardboard environment, which is a bit of a mess to navigate. The reason for the second star coming off though is the controller - it works, but it's useless. It's finicky, there's no support for button mapping, and the documentation is basically a stereotypical fold out sheet from a dollar store knockoff. In retrospect, I would have bought the standalone headset and spent the extra money on a cheap Bluetooth mouse.

Was REALLY Hoping This Worked!
I bought two of these for two iPhone 11 Pro Max, as the description states it will work with the 11 Pro Max phone, however, while the phone does fit, the unit does not work with the phone.Things you should know before purchasing this item.1. Although this item is described as working with newer iPhones, the audio connector to connect the built in speakers to your phone will NOT work with newer iPhones, including the 11 Pro Max.2. The biggest issue that I had with the unit is that, no matter how much I tried to adjust the field of view, it will not focus correctly. Because of the the flawed design, it has horrible double vision, rendering it unusable for the phones that I tried using it with.I will be sending it back.

Really cool for the money
This is actually really cool and good quality. I got it for my husband for his birthday and he really likes it. So does our 6 year old. The apps are pretty cool too. I also really like that it comes with free tech support. We have yet to find an app to use the remote for but we just got it today. So far it's totally worth the money.

Galaxy note 10+ doesnt fit barely or focus well
Great headset. Downfall is note 10+ may not work. Have apps and controller working as well as videos but no matter how I adjust the screen in and out or sideways only one eye can see well at a time and got major headache and dizzy off it. I dont wear glasses so not issue there. Have very good vision. Something is missing that's killing this experience badly and my eyes. I've tried all I can to work it but virtual is not good either with my phone maybe or in general?

It is a little heavy.
I have an Apple XS Max. This viewer is compatible but Apple products are difficult to use with any viewer. My problem with this viewer is it is heavier than I expected. It is also not so comfortable mainly because of the headphones. The function of the viewer is pretty good. VR viewing is enjoyable and mostly exciting to the senses. I think it would be more comfortable without the headphones. The remote freeze frame, fast-forward and menu manipulation function worked well for watching movies. I did not use for games. I recommend this product if you want the feature of headphones and a remote. You need an Apple adapter to connect the Apple phone to the viewer headphones.

Fun on a budget!
I bought this knowing it wasn’t going to be an Oculus. But who knew your phone could let you experience 360 degree VR? And this little guy makes it easy. Even watching non-VR video is fun...almost like your own personal IMAX theater. The only thing that makes it a pain, is having to take the phone out in order to search for more videos.

If you can, upgrade from this option
I was very curious about VR headsets and decided to give it a try going entry-level price. It works, but a bit disappointed with the results. I thought there would be more to it, but you won't find it at this level. Get something better that doesn't need to use your cell phone. I'm still curious about the experience and plan to continue the journey. Your first question should be... remind me, what do I need these for? Do I really need them? If you do have the need, by all means, go for it. Just get something a little more sophisticated to begin with. Do your work investigating first.
