Really useful diagnostic tool. It’s compact, easy to connect and handy for checking vehicle faults from a phone. The app is straightforward to use, and compatibility with several car brands is a big plus.

⭐ 1 Star I purchased the OBDeleven 3 expecting a powerful diagnostic and coding tool for my 2016 Audi A8. Unfortunately, I found it to be overpriced and disappointing. The biggest issue is the pricing model. After paying over £110 for the device itself, I discovered that many functions still require credits or additional subscriptions. It feels like you’re constantly being asked to spend more money after already buying the hardware. For my Audi, I was surprised to find that some of the customization options I expected were either unavailable or hidden behind credits. In comparison, other tools offer a much more straightforward experience where you pay a subscription and get access to all supported features without worrying about spending credits every time you activate something. The hardware works and connects to the car, but the overall value is poor. For the price, I expected far more functionality without ongoing costs and restrictions. I cannot recommend this product at its current price. Unless you’re happy with the credit system and additional charges, there are better and more user-friendly alternatives available.

Bought to diagnose an engine light that popped up my dash. Gave the correct answer and solved my issue. Works perfectly on my Škoda Octavia vRS 2024 (pre-facelift).

Obdeleven is great but had to purchase a 12.month subscription to use for.what I needed it to do.

OBDeleven 3 Utter junk, total waste of money. Why? Read on why I think so and why I bought this in the first place. It connected and set up as expected, on doing a scan it said it found a multimedia fault and explained that it would affect the cars turbocharged and cause the car to loose power, it tried to read my mileage, then a message said it could not read my 18,000 mileage as this was a beta function at the moment. When I went to the mirror section, it then said my car did not have Auto mirrors. Later in the day, I gave it another go and this time I had no fault found, I HAD NOT CLEARED ANY FAULTS on the app, so clearly this this doesn't work as advertised. Multimedia causing a Turbo charger problem, ridiculous. I have a Audi TT MK3 2020 that is regularly serviced at a reputable VAG garage. I wanted to alter the auto mirror setting after the mirrors no longer unfolded on unlocking the car with the fob, they had always unfolded and folded when unlocking or locking the car. The mirrors would auto fold on locking, but only unfold when the start button was pressed. In the MMI settings I can enable or unable auto fold, but needed the OBDELEVEN to do the job. Mine is sitting in the box, ready for the bin.

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.

My husband has used an OBDeleven for his other VW's for years. However it wasn't compatible with my Iphone, once I plugged this awesome tool in. It worked within minutes to scan. It's been a huge help in figuring out the problems with my 2022 VW Atlas. Love this thing!

An unfortunate necessary if you own an older Audi. Works perfectly diagnosing and clearing everything except for DEF countdown.
