Surround Speakers - Black

As always the packaging of Bose products follows the same design principles of their tech, however I was surprised at how small the speakers are, I mean they’re not tiny but I was expecting them to be a little bigger and so was a little worried about what kind of sound would come out. After adding them to my Bose Ultra Soundbar, the difference was immediate. While the bar does a great job with a wide soundstage, these physical rears are what actually put you inside the movie or game. The setup was incredibly simple—they connect wirelessly to the bar, but the speakers aren’t battery operated so there is a thin cable (white in my case) that is very long that connects to the power box/wireless tech thingy that is then plugged into a socket, so there’s no need to run long cables across the room to the soundbar- that’s why they call it wireless I guess, should say semi-wireless but whatever. I am surprised at how much audio detail they pick up; subtle sounds like rain falling behind me or a floorboard creaking in a game are now localised perfectly. They blend into the room decor easily and I actually had to point them out to my girlfriend (my room is minimally decorated) but make their presence known the second the action starts. Music is enhanced too, spatial awareness is very noticeable. So I guess bigger isn’t always better. If you already have the soundbar, these are an essential upgrade to finish the system.

After getting the Bose smart Dolby Atmos soundbar 600 I then decided to take the plunge and get these wireless surround sound speakers to complement the soundbar. Only thing I can say is I wish I'd got them sooner. The experience you get with these along with the Dolby Atmos from the soundbar is unreal. Listen to music like never before especially with Amazon's music that gives you either Dolby Atmos music or 360 sound that just takes your breath away. I can just sit there in the middle of the setup with my eyes closed and really hear all the different sounds coming from all angles. It truly is something I haven't experienced before and I've fallen in love with it. We also watch movies through the setup and if the movie supports Dolby Atmos or even 5.1 this system now gives you a while new take on how you experience and watch them. Movies just sound soooooo much better with sounds coming from all angles and if you like horror movies then this setup will definitely help with that spooky experience 🥺 For gamers like myself who has been lucky enough to get a Playstation 5 and now Sony have updated it to include Dolby Atmos support again the experience you get when playing your games is unreal and out of this world. Again with sounds coming at you from all angles your sure to pinpoint where that sniper is shooting at you from and horror games, well let's just say your going to need a change of underwear 💩🤣🤣 In my opinion anyone looking for a great audio/movie or gaming experience these speakers along with the compatible soundbars available are an absolute must buy and I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely 5 stars from me just as the soundbar got.

Brilliant speakers great sound

So I have the 700 soundbar, the 500 base module and these are the 300 surrounds. All beautifully compatible through the app. Most reviews cover all the important points about the product so no point repeating everything. The stand out point for me was they aren't that loud on 5.1 sound but do give you immersive and music sounds fab. Anything less than than that and you won't notice them that much. Pretty much older content and a lot of regular TV. When you do get sound you are definitely surrounded. The whole system was pretty pricey and would have been more so if I'd got 700 everything's. As my room isn't that big and don't want to fall out with neighbours what I have does all I need. Hopefully these will last for a very very long time

I’m absolutely devastated, first ive saved up for these speakers and I’ve been so excited to get them …took me 6 months to save with the cost of living at the minute. I’ve wasted a hole day & night setting these speakers up and still no joy! I have the Smart ultra soundbar .. they connected but no sound then they lost connection! Then they was connected to the app but couldn’t control them my god my heads gone west! I’ve actually ADAPTiQ 5 times and I’m gonna lose it!! Never have I gone though anything like this Bose is alway easy & simple with fantastic output!! Not this time I’m afraid these will be returned and now I will think again about Bose cause I can’t complete system set up … devastated!!

Bought them to compliment my soundbar. The sound is amazing.

We've had a Bose 500 Soundbar and a base unit for sometime and I decided to buy these to complete the surround sound experience. I am no audiophile but I think the system now works really well - at least in the relatively small room we use as our cinema room. I like the fact that you can adjust the sound levels from these speakers through the app so can increase or reduce the surround effect. The sound quality - to me at least - is very impressive. It delivers presence, while not overdoing the bass or the treble. Some may find the control boxes that operate these speakers quite large but I've just hidden them under the settee, where they can still connect with the soundbar. Connectivity is good, and they have a neat look, especially when connected to the speaker stands that are also available from Bose. The speakers are not intrusive even in a relatively small room. Very pleased.

I'm in love with Bose. Perfect match for my Bose 700 soundbar and Bose bass module.

It is a must to complete your surround sound.

Superleichte Installation. Harmonieren nach korrigierter Einstellung perfekt mit der Soundbar 900. Ein Subwoofer ist nicht notwendig, da die Soundbar schon ein gutes Fundament hat.

Thankfully, overall sound quality got compensated by the Bose Soundbar.

Crystal clear surround sound, works as promised. Bit costly but satisfied by the quality and worth the money. Good choose for home theater.
