Nice clothes steamer
Nice handheld clothes steamer. I have only used once, so can't comment on how it will last. Heats water rapidly, easy to use.

Works well. Keep hand lower on the handle, away from head, it gets a bit hot.
This steamer works well. I used it to steam wrinkles out of thick, double-layered blackout curtains. I wish the reservoir was bigger, but honestly, I don’t think you could make it much bigger for a hand held steamer so it is what it is. That is more convinient than toting around a reservoir that is separate. The handle at the very top portion closest to the head can get a bit warm to hot after a while. But lower on the handle stays cool.

Well made handheld steamer
The media could not be loaded. Priced in the low $30's range, this is a solid value for the money. It costs as much as a high-end iron for clothes and about a little more than 2x the price of a value-brand model (that's w/o the iron board)! The beauty of the product is its versatility. It is handheld and you don't need an iron board. You can steam it directly on a hanger in minutes. It heats up in about a 1/2 min and is ready to go. The water reservoir is compact and holds a good amount of water. It comes with a cup to help fill it as the opening on the reservoir is a bit small. When full, you may get a good 2-3 garments completed before having to refill. This is all based on how think and wrinkled the item is. The manual recommends using distilled or purified water to avoid mineral build up and to prolong the unit life. I used it on a Docker Jacket that I purchased here on Amazon. The jacket came shrink-wrap and was extremely wrinkled after unpacking. You can see from the video that after a few passes with this product, the wrinkles simply fades away (you need to be close to the garment for it to work well). I plan to use it going forward on my business suits since I normally was them at home on delicate cycle to avoid dry cleaning fees. :-) You can also use this product to steam furniture to ensure it remains clean and sanitized. The product has a pretty long cord so mobility should not be an issue. All in all, this is a solid product and feel very durable. I didn't have any issues using it but it may feel a bit heavy to some if you aren't accustomed to lifting heavy items like weights. I hope it lasts a long time!

Quick & effective
I am going to write an insightful first-person review of a handheld clothes steamer based on the information you provided.I've officially put away my old iron and haven't looked back. This handheld clothes steamer keeps my clothes looking fresh and professional. It’s so much more convenient and takes a fraction of the time that ironing used to. Perfect for my hectic mornings.I really like that it has two different settings. The lower setting is perfect for a quick touch-up on delicate fabrics, while the high-powered setting can blast away even the most stubborn wrinkles. It’s effective on every material I’ve tried so far, from cotton shirts to silk blouses. I even used it to get a few creases out of a small rug, and it worked like a charm. The steamer heats up in a flash, so I can get to work right away. The water tank holds enough for about 15 minutes of continuous use, which is more than enough time to get my outfits ready for the day.

Good instructions
This is my first garment steamer so I can’t compare it to any previous experience. I found this easy to use, with clear, explicit instructions. It works well with a decent amount of steam. I could see where it might get heavy if you’re doing a larger piece and it is suspended high up, like from a shower curtain, but I was able to complete the steam before I fatigued.

It Irons and Steams, A Bit Heavy But Head Folds Down For Easy Travel
The media could not be loaded. My daughter wanted a steamer for college though she hasn't had a problem wearing wrinkled clothes for the last two years but I guess people can change. This one is the newest and most up to date version and, thus, I ordered it for her. Of course she didn't want to read the directions or for me to show her how to use it so the video is me recording and her doing it without too much knowledge other than a teenager's ability to just know things better than any other human. As an interested observer who has used a steamer and did read the directions on this one I used the product when she was done on the same thick poly/spandex shirt. When I got up close and personal the wrinkles were willing to release unlike when my daughter steamed from halfway across the room for 15 seconds and got bored. So glad she will have a steamer (sarcasm). Anyway, the steamer works well and gets hot releasing a sufficient amount of steam. The metal does become hot enough to use as an iron and does a decent job on small areas. It takes a bit of time to cool down, however, so keep out of reach of anyone who doesn't know it is hot. The release button allows the head to fold down for travel or reducing space but this is a heavy item so not necessarily light in your baggage. It would have been nice if a travel bag or case was included. The auto shutoff if steamer is left unused after 10 minutes is a wonderful safety feature. As I'm driving down the highway I hate wondering if I turned off the oven, iron, and steamer. The steamer is now off that list. The oven is now on an app and, well, I don't iron anymore so no problem. The cord is a decent length at 8' instead of the norm of 6' to hang the item if there is no board nearby to do the job. Great steamer and cheaper than using the steam cycle on the dryer for an item or two.

Low steam output
The media could not be loaded. This is the first garment steamer that I have owned and I got it mainly to use on my dress shirts after they come out of the dryer. Usually they don’t come out very wrinkled so I figured I could steam them quickly to get the few out. This steamer is easy to use, just fill up the reservoir ( I recommend using filtered water). Then plug in and turn on and allow it to heat up. I set mine to the highest steam function and while it does produce hot steam it doesn’t produce very much. So it took around 9 minutes to steam a single dress shirts. By comparison I have a steam iron that produces far more steam and would be able to steam the same shirt in half the time. The steamer itself is comfortable in the hand and doesn’t feel cheap. It would probably be better suited on steaming lighter fabrics that don’t require a lot of steam to release the wrinkles.
