Will it fit on the gretsch jim dandy

There’s a you tube video of a guy slaying the blues with one in a Jim dandy. Mine fits great in the OO gretsch

how long is the cable?

The cable is approx 25" long from the pickup to the jack. Plenty long enough to run it on the outside of the guitar body to the included leather strap that connects to the strap button.

Will this fit a 3-3/4" soundhole?

This pickup has two screws to fix at soundhole. Dimension of between screw to the other side screw is about 84mm. 3-3/4" is 94.25mm.

What size cable do I need to plug this into an amplifier?

It comes wired to a 1/4" endpin jack. You would use a standard 1/4" instrument cable. (same as you would use for an electric guitar)
