This is the worst body camera i have ever owned. It won't show the network for my phone to use. It won't reset, it basically is a $249 dollar mistake on my behalf. The website partially works and i'm just really unhappy with thisbody camera. Lastly the battery strength is just apalling, i turned it on and less than 5 hours later the battery is at 10% totally and falsely advertised. That within itself is more than what i have to endure with this horribly designed battery and app. 1 star until i see some changes and progress.

The Transcend 128GB, DrivePro Body 40, Body Camera, Night Vision, Wi-FI & Bluetooth camera is a high quality product. It records video in the dark in grey scale, and automatically switches to colour when the light improves. Great security for early morning walks in a dark park. Day time video recording is in good quality colour. I use the clip to strap the camera to the front of my trouser belt, as it is simple to do and is more stable (less shaking when walking) than the shoulder strap. The date/time stamp needs to be in LARGER PRINT SIZE as it is difficult to read. Overall, a great body camera.

Bodycam molto buona, soprattutto se si ha bisogno di vedere i video velocemente e grazie alla applicazione, è tutto facilmente visualizzabile. Mi lamento del software che non si aggiorna facilmente, ne col pc neanche con telefono. Ogni tanto sbaglia qualche colore scuro ma credo sia dovuto alla rifrazione della luce. La consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per chi come me, fa servizi di sicurezza. Se si potesse trovare la maniera di rendere ancora più difficile la rimozione dal supporto al vestito, sarebbe perfetta: il supporto magnetico tiene bene, ma non previene il furto veloce e non ho ancora trovato una maniera di bloccarla ai vestiti.

If you're looking for a body camera, this is a superb choice. Here's what I like about it: - Excellent build quality. It has a solid feel to it, and not cheap or junky. - Simple to use. You can tell it was designed for police officers, who just need to turn it on and let it record. It automatically starts recording the moment that you power it on. - Image stabilization is a wonderful feature and a must for a body camera, especially if you want the footage to be used as evidence. I previously returned a different body camera from a different manufacturer, as its recorded footage was garbage and unusable as evidence. The usage of image stabilization means that you can see in the footage who you're talking to, what you're doing, etc. - Microphones are decent quality and can be understood. - GPS and Date/Time stamp are important, as it shows where you were and what what time onto the footage. - The footage can be downloaded by both Windows and Mac users, but there is one thing you need to know if you're a Mac user. There seems to be a nasty bug in the Mac edition, which causes the camera to falsely report / record the wrong date and time onto the footage. After talking with the company's product support, they suggested that I use the PC edition of their software to reconfigure the body camera -- and guess what, that corrected the problem instantly. Either way, both PC and Macs do have the ability to access the footage on the camera. - Infra-Red lights are a bit on the weak side. You can see who you interacted with, but I think they need to greatly increase the lights from 4 to either 6 or 8. - Battery life seems to be excellent. Not sure why some people are reporting only a few hours. I took a 45 minute walk and it only used about 5% of the battery, which is not bad! - Stealth mode. This allows you to turn off pretty much all visible lights and record without letting everyone else know that it's on. What you might not like: - No screen on the backside to preview recorded footage. As I mentioned earlier, it seems to be designed for cops who just need to start recording and let the administration worry about the footage. - Mac bug that affects the date/time stamp recorded on footage. Overall, it's an excellent body camera and I love it.
