My feet throb, my ankles hurt as well. After buying these, I was almost in tears because I hurt so, wasn’t able to sleep. So I remembered buying these sleeves, and thought I needed to try them. I put them on and within a few minutes my ankles stopped throbbing, and likewise with my feet...I wear them to sleep in, as I have to wear tall compression socks or wraps during the day for my lymphedema. Such a blessing to have found these.

I read the reviews before ordering. I wear a women's size 11 shoe. You could select from 4 sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. I ordered Large. What I got was was not a straight Large size. It was a combined Large/Extra Large size. It was too big and did not provide sufficient compression. It was unreturnable. In addition, I checked the Q & A section prior to ordering to find out whether a two-pack meant 2 compression sleeves, or 2 pairs of compression sleeves. I was led to believe it meant two pairs. I only received 2 sleeves, one for each foot. So if you're ordering, beware of size and beware of number. Since the compression sleeves were not returnable or refundable, I had to eat the cost.

I have had other P.F. sleeves, and when one developed a tiny hole in the heel, i had to replace it. This looked intriguing, as i've heard that copper can be beneficial. So far i'd say it's pretty standard, although it doesn't have quite as much textured/quilting support in the arch. The only thing that bothers me is that it's long in the foot area, actually covering my little toe. And i bought the small size and my shoe size is at the big end of the small size. I'd prefer a shorter insole and a bit more ankle (and no, i didn't put it on upside down). It's fine. I wear it. It's tight, it does what it's supposed to do.

I have never believed in the power of copper, but these foot sleeves actually stop the pain in my feet and ankles when I wear them!

I would not have believed the terrific effect these had on my broken ankle, which had healed but still had a lot of swelling.After wearing these 1/2 day & overnight, the swelling had gone down by 2/3. They are easy to put on, very comfortable, have good compression, and are very effective. I just ordered another pair for my grandson, who had ankle surgery several years, but still has intermittent swelling.Elaine, RN

My son uses these for his Dystonia. It helps him stand and walk a little better. Product is good quality and washes great with no shrinking. Highly recommend!

So far good I use at nights my swelling goes down and they are comfortable,The only thing is that they are a little tight around the band where the logo is ,so you might get that line band on the flesh which is tight like circulation is tight so I then take it off to breath,but they do work my legs just swell and feet all the time good purchase

I recently had foot surgery for bunions and a hammertoe. The dr. recommended this type of compression sleeve at post-op week 5. I really notice a difference in foot swelling when I wear it as prescribed. The description is just as it says, but I really don't know if the copper does anything! Two come in a package which makes this a good value.
