Q: I bought it twice and return it twice because it came with an output of "5v 2.1a" not "5v 1a". may i know what's wrong with that?

The amperage, indicated by the ""a" when combined with the voltage, indicated by the "v", informs you on how much Power is available for your device. You don't have to use all the power, its just available for your device. The "v" has to match your device. If your device says 5v then you must have a power source that provides 5v, not 12v. But the "a" has to equal or greater then your device. So, a source of 5v 2.1a, is good for any device which needs 5v and 0 to 2.1a. Nut not 12v or 3amps (a)

Q: Does the kit come with installation instructions

There are no Instructions included. However it is pretty straightforward though. Red to the power source(+) you choose and black is ground(-). if you have no experience with automotive wiring, I suggest you enlist the help of a pro.

Q: Is output 5V 1A?

I personally do not know, but if you open the website for the WheelWitness Dash Cam Hardwire Installation Kit - Hard Wire 12V to 5V Mini USB and go to the fifth bulleted descriptor. It reads "Input: 12-24V | Output: 5V 1A".

Q: Does anyone know if this wheelwitness kit would work with a rexing v1p 3rd gen? this one is output 5v 1a, the rexing is 5v 1.5a?

If the camera has the same specification, it might work.
