works out moor exspensive than just the price of the alarm
good alarm but be careful. It must be installed by a car electrician as you need to add relays which do not come with the alarm. most of the other parts are extra add ons window control/ central door locks/etc

All in all a great product.
Just finished installing this myself. The alarm has many more features than I thought. Mine came with the immobilizer circuit, even though the instructions said that it would need to be purchased separately. It also came with the LED as part of the antenna. This unit locks when the ignition is turned on and unlocks when the ignition is turned off. A nice feature I wasn't expecting. Couple criticisms is that the instructions with Viper alarms are terrible. They give you a piece of paper that says what wires should connect, and that is it. If you search the web for "tech sheets" for your car it's much easier than finding the right wires through your vehicle's wiring diagram. Lastly, the antenna needs to be connected and visible for the alarm to work. All in all a great product.

Good Value Alarm
Installed in a 76 Dodge b200 campervan, while I was in there I tossed in some door lock actuators and door switches. Its quite a nice upgrade on the old girl. The alarm is very loud. The remote range seems excellent. It's pretty nice to have the interior lights come on when you unlock the doors. All in all very happy with the unit!
