Super soft and pillow
Pillows are hard to shop for, so I thought a review would be helpful. This pillow is super soft without becoming deflated. I love it. Like sleeping on a cloud!

I ordered a medium based on my too firm feather pillow and found that though comfortable, too soft
I'm a side sleeper and I bought this pillow because my firm feather pillow (recommended for us side sleepers) was a quill cushion always jabbing me and very uncomfortable. The Queen Anne Goose Down pillow was a vast improvement. I ordered a medium based on my too firm feather pillow and found that though comfortable, too soft. So I contacted the company and within two days they sent me a firm Goose Down pillow. Great service, great pillow. Sleeping much better now. Expensive, compared to others, but worth every penny. Especially when you need customer service. Both pillow and service #1.

My favorite pillow ever
I'm a 48-year-old male, side-sleeper, and very picky about my bed, sheets, pillow, etc. These pillows aren't cheap, but they should last a lifetime. I'm happy to have made the investment because it's exactly what I like. It's very plump, yet because it's got the perfect fill of high-quality down and feathers, it's not hard or lumpy. I had my first one for about two years before it needed to be washed and it came out like new, which is when I bought this last one. The quality of this second one is consistent and a perfect match for my "old" pillow. I'd recommend without hesitation.

It's possible to wash down pillows. To do this, I used a product called "Down Gear Wash", along with six wool dryer balls. I followed the instructions in a YouTube video called "How to Wash A Down Pillow | St.Genève". It's from a fine linen company that makes down pillows that range in price from hundreds to thousands of dollars per pillow. (In other words, you can trust the information.)Typically, you can expect to pay upwards of $400 for a *quality* down pillow. Some luxary brand pillows go into the thousands of dollars, **for one pillow**. So when you buy something that is an order of magnitude less, you can't really expect the same thing.Luckily, after following the process of washing the pillows, I believe I have something that's a pretty good quality down pillow with no odor. Hopefully this helps anyone else trying to get 100% white down pillows for a lower cost and encounter an odor problem.

Far overpriced
Pillow is soft.. but does not hold up/support all night. You have to get up and re fluff or tuck sides in under your head. Very disappointed because over 200 a pillow you expect it to do what was claimed in the description. Not going with another as I’m over it now, and the other pillow I was interested in had to many bedbug reviews.

150$ USED PILLOW - HAIRS ON IT. SHAME ON THEM
Very disappointing. So, the pillow was nice and soft. HOWEVER, I'm 100% positive that this pillow had been USED and previously returned. There were 2 hairs on the pillow. Upon further investigation of the plastic packaging surrounding the pillow, I noticed a tear where the package was previously opened. It was hard to notice on the initial un-bagging, because a secondary bag was placed over the torn end with sticky around the edges. It had lots of lettering on the bag, so it was hiding the tear. I had carefully unstuck the sticky from the secondary bag when I was un-bagging it. However I only unstuck the "non ripped" side and I didn't notice the tear. But the pillow had rub marks, and the obvious hairs are what prompted me to investigate the packaging. This could easily have had BED BUGS or LICE on it. This is unacceptable that the company would do this. The person returning this, didn't do this. This was obviously the company that placed this "cover up" bag. Very deceiving. Amazon did not fulfill this, but the queen Anne company did. Shame on them.

My favorite pillows
I love Queen Anne!!! Yay!! Pillows are personal as we all can agree. The first one I purchased I thought I was pushing my budget for a pillow. A year later it’s still great so I ordered another one. I chose The original standard soft for my first two. As I replaced other pillows on my bed I have bought two original queen size medium. They are perfect. I am impressed that the one I have purchased over a year ago had the same loft as the new one however in a very positive note, it’s broken in perfect for me. I have since purchased another style synthetic down as a gift. I will only buy 100% down for myself. I have never had pillows last as long as these pillows and love them the same way. I will 5 star every one of them. Although I have read some reviews that claim the standard is small? The standard is a standard size pillow and FedEx delivery being late has no bearing on the product. Thank you Queen Anne!!!

The "soft" version not soft enough for me but beautiful pillow
The pillow is beautifully packaged and made very well. The down is squishy, but not "soft" as advertised in the "soft" choice. I ordered it because it is supposed to be extra soft and good for people with neck problems. I had to return it because there was too much fill and it never softened up enough for my neck. I contacted the company to be certain I had received the "Soft" version of the pillow. The white label has a faint stamp on the reverse side which read "soft". If you just want a beautiful down pillow and do not have specific neck problems, this might be the pillow for you. The company was very helpful. I wasn't happy I had to pay to return it.
