Must have companion if you love the series like we do!
So much interesting backstory info and illustrations! Purchased to give as a gift in the next few weeks. This is the receiver’s favorite book series of all time, so I know he will enjoy it. Not too thin of a book like many other illustrated companion books, was happy with the size and the cover and pictures are stunning. Perfect addition to your series!The only sad part was it was not packaged well. The box was too big with nothing protecting it so it bounced around in the box resulting in less than perfect condition upon arrival. The box was also open when I received it. I would suggest seller re-evaluate shipping box or at least protect it with plastic and padding.

My son loves the illustrations in this book
My son has really enjoyed this book series and the movie as well. He found the back stories about the different cities with the illustrations really cool. The book did take a while to get here as it was coming from the UK, however it did arrive on the date it was promised, but as anyone with children knows it’s never soon enough . It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It is a really cool addition to the set. I would highly recommend this book.

Definitely A Helpful Asset to the Mortal Engines quartet and Fever Crumb Trilogy.
Great purchase! It definitely offers some clarification for the Mortal Engines quartet, and even some insight into the Fever Crumb trilogy. When reading the books, I found the stories a little bit difficult to follow at times because certain things would be mentioned as if I was supposed to know what they were, so this illustrated guide really helped. I would strongly suggest buying this book alongside of the quartet and trilogy. Also, the illustrations are quite lovely!
