I’ve been extremely pleased with my Segway Ninebot E2 Plus II/E2 Pro/E3 Pro Electric Scooter. It has completely changed the way I get around Downtown Houston. Whether I’m running errands, exploring the city, or simply enjoying a ride, this scooter has been reliable, comfortable, and fun. One of my favorite features is how smoothly it glides. The ride feels stable and effortless, even on longer trips, making it a pleasure to use every day. The battery life has been excellent for my needs, and the scooter is easy to maneuver through busy downtown areas. It’s also sturdy, well-built, and gives me confidence while riding. If you’re looking for a dependable, comfortable, and enjoyable way to get around the city, I highly recommend the Segway Ninebot E2 series. It has been a fantastic investment and has made getting around Houston easier and much more enjoyable. 5/5 – A great scooter that combines convenience, comfort, and an incredibly smooth glide.

I am enjoying my scooter immensely. I don’t need to go fast. I want dependability, easy to use, quality, good battery life and a fairly decent range for those days when I just want to go for an extended ride. This scooter does all that and more. I especially like the suspension.

Love this scooter! Great on battery life and fun to ride you can setup the app so it goes faster up to 25 mph acceleration which I didn’t realize right away as its default setting is 15. Highly recommend only wish is it was a tad bit lighter but it’s a great commuting scooter saves me on gas !

This is some of the most impressive scooters on the market. It's hard to describe all the reasons why, but that should give you the sign that it would make you speechless. Durability, Mobility, and Range checks the whole list. It's hard to really talk in depth about the scooter, but I don't think it's necessary because it's advertised as it is. I'm also happy with it because tall people that reach 6'0 can stand on the board comfortably, it's wide for your big feet. I think the best things about this scooter is that its home website has replacement parts that you can order from officially, so you don't have to go online to find replacement parts by third parties. It's not just for the parts for the E3 Pro scooter I have, but for other models as well. The only thing I'm unsure about is that there isn't really any reviews on the majority of replacement parts that you can order on their website. Though, I still think this is a brand that you can trust because the Segway company is well known in the market. The scooter also has the 'Apple Find My' feature that's on the E3 Pro. It connects properly to my phone and that's awesome too. I was a little money nervous with my budget, but I think this is a scooter you can sacrifice your money on. Having a scooter from a well known company with official replacements parts on store makes it easy on my mind, and cost effective because the replacement parts aren't always expensive. No need to replace the whole scooter when you can just order parts. ....The biggest catch about this scooter is that it's very valuable, so there's going to be thieves going around to look for scooters like these. I highly recommend taking your security of it VERY seriously, because this has a big fat red target on it for it to be stolen. The scooter's build makes it look very heavy duty and expensive. It's style makes it appear golden for thieves. Always bring it inside with you. Get a GPS tracker. Don't have any of that? Use the built in Apple Find My.

E3 Pro: received my E3 Pro today and love it! Excellent design, ergonomics, build quality, acceleration, hill climb, and range. The display is beautiful, too. Perfect for my 3 miles commute to work in Washington DC and for zipping around in the city. Loaded with features: indicator, cruise control, ambient light with three modes, kinetic energy recovery, and a great suspension for a very smooth ride. Folding mechanism works well and the weight is reasonable. Lights are bright. Came with the latest firmware and the battery was pre-charged to 70% and ready to go. The app is good, too, even though the help menus and videos are often wrong and refer to a different model. CONS: you need your phone+app because almost all functions are controlled by the app, and the app needs cell phone reception! Can’t electronically lock the scooter without app, and the scooter needs to be on while locked. This greatly drains the battery. Can’t turn the tail light always on, despite what the app says (It says taillight always on but is actually for the ambient light). The advertised range of the scooter is greatly exaggerated. Breaks are VERY soft.

Do research before getting a scooter. Can be disappointed if you get one that doesnt fit you well. I got the e3 pro. Big fan. I catch myself at the 20 mph full speed more then anything. That being the case, the mile range is about 16ish. Body weight, outside temp,hills, tire pressure can alter that. Great product. For evreyday close commute. Not a heavy travel scooter. Its 30 pounds, can fold it and take anywhere. Not meant for extreme distance or speed. Nice cruiser. If you have a desired commute, do that math off of full speed. Or close to.

I'm a beginner and after literally hours of scrolling and reading reviews for e-scooters, I bought this Segway Ninebot E3 Pro. Car and Driver review did it for me as they rated it the best bang for the buck and rated it very positively. I'm so glad I bought it. I stepped on the first time and balanced immediately and hit the throttle and I was hooked. So if you're on the fence about what brand and the $$ investment, i can honestly say this scooter is a great buy! I'm 5'3 and 131 lbs and the deck is perfect for me. My husband who is 6" with size 11 shoe will need a longer, wider deck.

This guy is a beast. Maybe you wanna go really really really fast and seriously risk your neck… if so, this scooter might not be for you. There are faster/bigger ones out there. But for most people I’d guess this thing is perfect. It’s the perfect balance, literally because it balances perfectly, but also because it’s not too big, nor too small. For an average type of ride (10-15 actual miles in each direction) this thing can’t go wrong. It feels stable, it goes faster than I personally need it to, it can charge up or down hills no problem. And then I can carry it around wherever I get to. It’s not light weight. But it’s not too heavy either. And folded up it’s really convenient/easy to take inside of a building with me. It’s a keeper. I won’t need anything bigger/faster in my life. I’m in my mid 40’s. I have has cruiser motorcycles, dirt bikes and every style of bicycle, including e-bikes. This thing definitely fits a purpose and has a place in my life. If I’m going to the corner, it’s what I grab. If I want to have the most fun possible over a short distance, it’s what I grab. If I want to go to the beach and carry it a few hundred yards down the beach, I grab it. I love skating around at 10-15mph and not feeling like I could die at any moment (although that is always a risk with any piece of equipment that you ride on roads). As a lifelong skateboarder, it’s just farking fun. Very different than skateboarding. I’ve never kite surfed, but I’m guessing it’d be more similar to that than board surfing/skateboarding. But it sure does make me feel good to cruise around on something kinda like a skateboard, but with a handle and hand brake. My gf has a cheaper scooter and I honestly won’t touch the thing. Riding on that one is why I got this one. The Segway is night/day different in terms of design/build quality/stability/comfort and all that translates to how close to injury you feel. ;) This thing is a blast.

Muy buen desempeño para traslado urbano, prefiero evitar zonas con mala superficie, en pendientes no pierde potencia y hasta puede acelerar en Modo Drive.

Un producto excelente. Segway la marca número uno en scooters . Es mi primer segway y es una belleza. Se conduce super bien y se siente muy estable. Las confirmaciones de modos de manejo y luces están de 10.

Me encantó esta scooter, tenía dudas sobre su velocidad ya que mencionaban que no alcanzaba los 32km/h pero ya que la estuve probando, sin problema los alcanza (peso 90kg). Sobre la autonomía no puedo decir mucho todavía ya que no la he usado en trayectos largos. Usando la app puedes modificar lo siguiente: Habilitar modo crucero y eso ayuda mucho cuando vas en avenidas para no tener que presionar todo el tiempo el acelerador al máximo, configurar un código y bloquearla, modificar la velocidad máxima de cada modo entre otras cosas. Los materiales se sienten de muy buena calidad y el diseño se ve elegante.

La mejor decisión que pude tomar únicamente que por su tamaño no entra en la cajuela de cualquier coche. Si desinstalas el manubrio, entra sin problemas. Por último, la conexión con la app (en Android) es muy complicada y suele fallar más de lo normal en mi caso.
