海外向け炊飯器 象印 NS-ZCC10(120V)

I wish I had read reviews beforehand. It was not clear to me the product was not for use in Japan. I saw the warning on the box when I received my order, in Japan. Then, I requested a refund for the product and returned it. Now, the Seller is telling me they'll only refund less than half the price paid, for the unused product. What a scam! I will take it up with Amazon.

Compacta e muito linda! Perfeito para familia de umas 5 pessoas

I’ve had my Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy rice cooker for about two years now, and it still amazes me every time I use it. I mostly cook white rice (sometimes quinoa), and it always turns out perfect. Fluffy, consistent, and delicious. I usually mix the rice with a bit of rice vinegar, and the texture is just unbeatable. I also love the design! It’s such a cute, well-made machine, and even after all this time it still looks great on my counter. The little song it plays when the rice is done makes me smile every single time. It’s also super easy to clean and care for. The only thing I didn’t love was the spoon holder... It fell and broke, so I can’t attach the spoon anymore. But honestly, that’s a tiny detail compared to how great this rice cooker is. If you’re someone who loves perfect rice without any guesswork, this rice cooker is 100% worth it. Five stars, no question.

I live in Spain and was looking for a trustworthy brand so I purchased this zojirushi. (For reference it is an American plug but they provide a converter) Unfortunately the product wouldn't work for me and I had some difficulties but the seller was very helpful throughout the process! In the end I had to return the product but the seller provided great service throughout :)

Unfortunately the device would not compatible with my specific requirements, on identifying this the seller was quick to issue a cancellation order and notified me on progress. I really appreciated their attentive client service
