設営後にウィンナーとビールで一息つくのがルーティンとなっており、固形燃料でウィンナー焼くのがおつだなと感じます。エスビットの固形燃料14gを使用すると太目のウィンナー4本が丁度よい塩梅に焼きあがります。本商品はそれに比べるとやや弱い（火の持ちが弱い）感じがします。固形燃料は何を使っても燃えカスの処理は必要になりますが、比較的処理はし易いと思います。ガスバーナーを使用すれば話は早いのですが、一杯飲みながら焼き上がりを待つ時間を楽しむのもまた格別です。

バイオ燃料で出来ていて、あまり臭くなさそうなので、購入しました。使ってみると、においは、ほぼありませんでした。クッカーに着く煤が気になりましたが、洗う時に、食器用洗剤である程度取れたので、私は大丈夫でした。熱の伝導具合が弱そう､､､に見えましたが、ちゃんと時間通りに、お湯が沸いたので、杞憂でした。使うため取り出す時に、ゆっくり取り出さないと、ゼリー状なので、プルンって飛び出してしまいますので、お気をつけ下さい。
