Safe and Effective Ear Cleaning System!
I’ve been using the BOCOOLIFE Ear Wax Removal Kit for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic! The system is easy to use, and I feel much safer than using cotton swabs. The manual flush washer works gently to remove wax without any discomfort. The kit comes with 3 replacement tips, which is nice for different needs, and the wash basin makes the whole process neat and easy. It’s a great option for at-home ear care, especially for anyone who has a buildup of wax or just wants a thorough clean. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a safe and effective way to clean their ears!

Great product
This works just like the one the nurse used in my Dr office. Saves on trips to the Dr and saves me money. You may need help when it is used. But that might have been just me.

$15 instead of $60
My son for whatever reason gets wax buildup to the point of discomfort. Took him to urgent care and they used this. Afterwards they told me I could purchase one of my own for at home! First session went well! I got a decent chunk out of his first ear. We used some ear drops the night before to help soften the ear wax. The ear washer doesn't feel cheap. Water pressure was more than sufficient. I think it will take a couple sessions for both of his ears to get everything out but they took awhile even at the doctors so I knew it could take some time. Be patient, follow the directions and the ear washer should work wonders for you as well! If your pump isn't working I would return it and try another! Happy ear washing!

I regret trying this!! I suggest seeing a board-certified ENT doctor instead!
This device did indeed help rinse the earwax out of my ears, but I suspect it may have created a chronic eustachian tube problem, resulting in half a dozen ENT visits in the year since I boldly used this device. While I cannot definitively establish a causal connection, before I bought this device, I merely had an abundance of earwax -- something an ENT doc finds simple to treat. Since shortly after using this device last year (but can't say precisely), I've experienced ear fullness, my voice/breathing/chewing loudly resonating in my ear, and what feels/sounds like a distant bass drum in my ear when I walk briskly. Some people describe this as "autophony." It seems likely to be an ET and/or middle-ear problem. My advice is to spend the $100 to see a board-certified ENT and to use home remedies like this only as directed by a physician. My issue still isn't solved, a year later, and is far worse than the minor nuisance caused by prolific earwax generation.

Spray head defective, poor pressure (PLUS Issue Update)
This is the first time I've written a one star review as I tend to be a glass-half-full type of person. Upon first use I discovered the spray head didn't work at all. This was very disappointing since I cannot return this item. I still was determined so I found another spray bottle and took the irrigation tube from this product and put it on that spray head. I proceeded to try it out and found it to have poor pressure , the irrigation tube leaked (unrelated to the new spray head) and even with an assistant it was a total fail. Overall, my experience with the product was poor. I was really hoping this would work well. Instead, I will be heading to the doctor to get my ears irrigated by a professional. UPDATE: BOCOOLIFE customer service was very responsive to my product concerns and issued me a full refund. They took my issues seriously as well as checked back a few times to make sure I received my refund. It is a small business and sometimes personal products like this don't quite come together correctly. I was very appreciate of their efforts.

Works great
I usually need an ear lavage once a year or year and a half as I tend to build a lot of wax and of course use a tips when I’m not supposed to. Last week I knew I pushed wax in and had that annoying feeling of my ear being clogged. This saved me a trip to the urgent care for an ear lavage and this is what they use in the doctor offices. Got the wax right now and now I can hear again.

Worked for us but we also tried a wax removal drop
Maybe two weeks ago husband tried Debrox to get the wax out with no luck. He held the bucket while I gently sprayed the warm water in, moving the stream around different positions using the flexible hose thingy. Big chunks came out, I was floored. We used only warm water, no peroxide; the Debrox might have softened it up, but whatever, the irrigation did the trick. Huge relief and $100+ saved vs having this done at a clinic.

Simple steps and clean as expected
After using it I think I won't need to go to doctor again to clean ear wax. It's very simple to use with good results.

I was scared, but it works well and does not hurt!
Spray bottle is great. Ear Cup is not necessary. I was hesitant / scared to use it for awhile (it sat on my table for a week!), but it’s actually really easy and doesn’t hurt. It took multiple uses to really clean out my ears. I used the device over the washroom sink and didn’t use the cup at all because it’s a lot of water, especially after multiple usage in one session. I just used warm water from the tap. Sprayed and refilled maybe 3-4 times per ear to really clean it out and get in there. My one ear itched for a few days because I’m guessing it wasn’t used to having the canal cleared so well. It does work. You just have to be patient and diligent. You WON’T get everything cleared in one shot/session. It beats setting up an appointment with the family doctor because they don’t always clean both ears and you can at least do it yourself every 2-3 years without hassle.

This is the best ear wax removal tool by far
I get my ear blocked quite frequently This time it was with headaches ear pain and deafness in both ears I went to GP and they asked me to pay but the tools they brought was exactly same as I saw on amazon but since I was in discomfort, decided to have it syringed at GP clinic When dr decided to syringe my ear with previously used kit after just a rinse I refused and left I came home and ordered this It arrived next day I received order 15 mins ago and syringed immediately and wow it cleared the toughest wax within mins.. ( it did use mustered oil drops for few days to soften it) but man what came out it was unbelievable and it was nearly a half inch plug in my ear I shop at amazon all the time but this is by far my best and fav shop at amazon Thank you so much and god bless u
