Great product and customer service
Ordered this product for one of our grandsons for his birthday as this model was the brand he requested. After receiving it and getting it charged, his only words to us was Wow, this is so cool!!!!

Don’t do it.
If I had it to do over I would never have purchased a Veeko. Lights went out within 3 weeks. It started jerking backwards when going at higher speeds. Send it back to them to repair, which costed A LOT to ship back to them because they are so heavy. I never got a replacement nor will they answer emails or calls. So I’m out a hoverboard and a large return shipping fee.
