Before getting into this review, I have to say that I've used several speakers like this - and this one sounds fantastic!On top of the excellent sound:1) The Qi charging dock is extremely convenient!It truly is an exceptional idea to merge a Qi charger with a speaker like this. The speaker will run for hours on its own battery power, and I can simply sit it on the dock to get it charged. It can also play while sitting on the dock.I've also used it with a Galaxy S6 Edge, as well as a Galaxy S5 with a  Qi Receiver Card . One of my favorite uses for the Qi charger is to sit my phone on it while working out and listening to music or audio books. That way my phone is fully charged when my workout is done.2) The battery life is excellent! This speaker will go a full day on a single charge - and then I just sit it back on the dock to charge it up again.3) The speaker looks great.4) The pause button on top of the speaker works well, and it's perfect for quickly pausing music without having to use the phone.5) The NFC pairing worked great with my Android phones.This is the only speaker I've found with this combination of features, and it works great!Unfortunately, there are some quirky problems:1) The power button for the speaker is on the back, and you have to hold it for a bit for it to turn on or off. Oddly enough, there is another power button on the dock, and the 2 power buttons have some weird interactions.For example: if you turn the dock off while the speaker is docked, the lights on the speaker stay on indefinitely. If, on the other hand, I turn the dock off and then place the speaker on it, the lights never turn on.Honestly, it's just weird to have to deal with 2 power buttons - and I think it would make more sense to have no power button on the dock (like most Qi chargers).2) The lights on the dock won't turn off if the device is turned off on the dock. As a result, it's irritating to leave it docked in my room at night without removing it from the dock first. That's too bad since it would be convenient to let it charge overnight...At the end of the day, I would definitely recommend this speaker! I do think there is room for improvement; but, right now I think this is the best device of this type on the market.

I DO love it. However, I am not a techie in the audio department, so please take my concerns with a grain of understanding if you are a bluetooth expert. This unit has wonderful sound for the price. It paired well. HOWEVER there is no manual. There is a quick start guide which is woefully unacceptable if this kind of tech is not second nature for you.It's just pictures. I know I am doing things wrong, but I don't know what is wrong because there is no trouble shooting guide. The Qi battery is a new option for me, and I am not going to buy a new back (at $80!) for my Samsung S4 to make it useful for the smartphone. I am still pushing buttons all over to get it work daily, and never know when to plug it in and when not to, nor do I know when the Qi power bank needs charging. It seems to work only when plugged in, but I don't know if that is normal either. I doubt it - otherwise why would it come with a power bank? It tells you when it is paired with an audio message but it seems like I have to pair it and go through all the steps every time I use it. That doesn't seem right and it is not the way my phone works. Once I get it on, and I always do, it is just the unit I want. I just wish I didn't have to call the company for help. I have done that and they are very nice, but i feel like an idiot. I know they think I am so I am not going to call them again....I will just keep stumbling along. Maybe somebody reading this will clear things up so I don't scare people away.

I think my speaker is defective. It will not connect with three different mobile devices. It doesn't show up to connect. I need it swapped out with a different one. My box was in very sad shape when I received it. I had this speaker about six weeks ago, and I loved it!! So, I do understand how it connects. My previous speaker was stolen, so I wanted to replace it, but this one doesn't connect. Please help me through the process of replacing it. Thanks

Love this little thing to death! Bluetooth pairing is a little buggy. Sound is decent for the price point and the size. It's definitely worth the price to get a bluetooth speaker and Qi charger.

LOVE THIS SPEAKER!!! Definitely worth the price....we got one for my sister's birthday and liked it so much, I got one for my mom. The sound quality is very impressive and can get pretty loud although the speaker itself is a nice compact and sleek design. The wireless pad is actually what first caught our attention and it is definitely a nice feature. The wireless pad can charge the speaker wirelessly and a phone but you have to buy a reciever (your phone has to be QI compatible....a galaxy s4 reciever is 9.99$ and free shipping). My mom and sister do not have receivers but still like the fact they can plug the phone into the usb port on the side of the wireless pad. The battery life is great too. On top of being an AMAZING speaker for a great price, it is packaged really well and even has its own carrying pouch. It makes a great gift and I would definitely recommend!!!

Good sound. Could use more bass. Battery last's all day plus it has the wireless battery pack for longer operation. Easy to use, and buttons are illuminated and bright.

I've had this flashlight for a couple weeks and I'm happy with my purchase. I do a variety of things at my job from running and working on earth-moving equipment to hauling cattle and working as a ranch/farm hand. Having a tough, compact flashlight is a necessity and so far this one has performed great.

I use this speaker when I am cooking in my kitchen. The charging pad is in my bedroom and the speaker is left in the kitchen. I like the sound quality for the size, the ease of pairing, and so far the battery life is acceptable.
