Hard to beat for the price! I've used it ...
Hard to beat for the price! I've used it for 3 years now, and lost the little shutoff plug on the bulb/pump. Now I just blow it up by mouth. I can't believe how well it works for less than $5. My neck goes out when I sit at the computer, watch movies, or drive my tractor...this device stops the pain and allows me to do the things I want. I should have purchased several of them.

Uncomfortable and fragile
I found it to be uncomfortable and not very durable: after a few weeks of use, the sack ruptured.

Worthless
This product does not work like it was advertised. It does not stretch the neck at all. Basically all it does is squeeze the neck...it is suppose to stretch it. In fact it did more to cut off the blood supply than to help with any pain. When I tried to return it for a refund the company sent me another one. Don't buy this product!!

It works
I got this because my neck goes out if I work on the PC for too long and then I have to go to chiropractor. This helps keep my neck in proper position to avoid this problem. Only complaint is the bulb and tube are a little awkward to walk around the house with. Probably could remove the bulb once its inflated though.

My chiropractor recommended the over-the-door device
Was having problems with my right arm starting to tingle due to nerves being pinched at my neck, around C5,C6,C7. My chiropractor recommended the over-the-door device, which I also purchased, but I saw this device and for the price I purchased one. Used it and it worked to relieve the tingling. Took it into my chiropractor and he said he was going to purchase some for his office and recommend it to other patients. Easy to use while sitting watching TV.

Save Your Money!
Very poorly made. Air bulb leaks. Neck traction pillows leak. Someone is making a great profit! Save your money and time.

This is item is junk
This item is poorly made. The directions are so poorly translated and spelled that they are laughable. The 2 thin/cheap strips of velcro intended to keep the collar closed pop open as soon as you get enough traction to feel it at all. The release valve does not work. I had to pull the bulb off the end of the hose to deflate the device to put it back in the box. I returned it the day after I received. The "expedited" shipping took almost a week.
