Does it get cold?
After breaking the inside package to mix with the crystals, the product does get cold. However, there is also a lot of air in the cold pack. Since I was using this on my knew, the ingredients inside tended to go to either end leaving nothing in the center, which was what was on the top of my knee and not helping at all. The package was also very slippery and I ended up having to use an ace bandage to hold it onto my knee, otherwise it kept sliding off.

perfect
The size is perfect for larger areas, and it delivers immediate, effective cooling. Great for first aid kits.

Every First Aid Kit should have this!
Good Quality for the money.
