I ordered these because the L/XL other diapers I bought were not big enough for my dog. These are the only XXL I have been able to find that work for my dog. They fit him well and stay on well. He is an older dog and incontinent so he needs something now. I also have wraps that work to catch the pee, but I can put this one diaper on him and it gets everything. The adhesiveness is good, sticks well keeping the diaper shut and on him. The diapers are durability and do not tear. He is comfortable with these and puts up with wearing them well. It was hard finding diapers/wraps that worked when he first became incontinent, but most of the time now we put just this diaper on him. At night we put a wrap and a diaper on him because he pees more while sleeping. He got several UTI's in the beginning when we were always putting wraps on him , but these diapers do not fit too snug up against him so air gets in there helping to prevent bacteria building up and causing UTI's. It would be nice if more brands came in XXL so the big pups have diapers too when needed. I am glad that I found these, but wish I could get at a store somewhere, but ordering on Amazon has gone very well. Delivery is very fast and has been a solution to the problem for our sweet guy. These diapers have been a good solution for our older dog who is incontinent and has other medical conditions. They catch everything and are comfortable for him to wear. In nice weather we let him walk around outside without anything to give him a break from wearing anything. He still goes outside when he is outside, but while in the house if he needs to go he just lets go so these diapers really help to minimize the clean ups inside.

I have tried MANY diapers for my 16 year old German shep. and these are by far the BEST. She has many accidents and this can hold ALOT of pee and poop. I’ve had other diapers leak all over from a tiny accident. These can be overflowing and still won’t leak. Truly a life saver when your dog has constant accidents. Even tho you can find cheaper you’re going to spend more $ and time cleaning up VS getting QUALITY. I order these every 2 weeks and prob have for over a year now. Just buy them !! ( also sometimes I size up my dog can fit a medium but the large holds more for her and won’t leak I just make the straps tighter )

I ordered the extra small toy size, which claimed to fit 9 to 14 inches waist size. Unfortunately, my French bulldog, who is quite small with a waist size of almost exactly 14 inches, found the diaper too small to fit around her waist. I believe the description should read 9 to 12 inches, which would provide a bit more room for play. Perhaps it was my dog’s shape.I also tried the small dog size, which stated the waist size ranges from 12 to 19 inches. This size fit better than the extra small toy size. However, the only other drawback was that the diaper didn’t stay on all night; it somehow came off. The fit wasn’t as well as it should be. Additionally, the price difference between the X/S and the toy size is almost double! I would have done just as well or even better by buying onesie diapers from Costco. The price would have been better, and they would have fit just as well.Overall, I’d rate these diapers 3.5 stars. They’re not bad, just okay.

Never thought I'd have a review for a dog diaper.... but here we are... our old gal is 15yo, was originally 80 pounds (down to 63 now), and had mobility and incontinence issues. This is the 2nd diaper we've tried and by far the best so far. The legs are gathered all the way around, ensuring accidents don't escape and the hole around the tail is stretchy, which are 2 things that we've found unique and very well designed for our needs.

These diapers run small. I followed the size chart and although I bought the recommended size, the diaper doesn't completely fit and keeps falling off! The distance from the tail hole to the top of the back is too short! I tug & pull the diaper to fit my dog's butt, but it clearly does not fit...

These dog diapers were effective for my little love who had frequent urination accidents towards the end of her life. I used 75, with only two leaks—one due to improper fitting on my part and the other when the diaper reached its absorbency limit overnight. The Velcro-like tabs were easy to adjust, reusable and never failed. Initially, she still barked when she needed to go out, so I reused each diaper until she urinated in it. They were quick to take off and put back on. She didn't mind wearing them so I felt they were comfortable for her, and they helped reduce both of our stress and anxiety levels because neither of us was worried about accidents any more.

This worked great for our large Saint Bernard mix. She needed the biggest size and these XXL were the best fitting ones we’ve tried so far. The padding is absorbent for heat cycles and the wings are easy to remove. Putting these on our dog wasn’t difficult, but does take some time to adjust, due to her fur thick tail.

I have purchased these for a 65 pound pit and for a small 10 pound terrier. The larger diaper fit great but the smaller was very loose in the waist and the tail hole was huge. I've only used this for their cycles/heat not actual bathroom issues and they work great for that. Very absorbent and the stickiness holds the straps on. I purchased some from petsmart and the adhesive failed pretty quickly if the dogs were active. These held up to multiple play sessions and neither dog were successful in pulling them off. Definitely will repurchase.
