Excellent resource to review forms
This book came in excellent condition. I teach TaeKwonDo to pre-teens and teens. The teens don't practice as much as they should so I got this book as a supplement. I checked out all of the forms and they are exactly as we teach them. I keep it handy at the school so the teens can borrow it during class and go over their forms as to not disrupt classes. It is a great book and if you find a good copy, I recommend picking one up.

For those who are practicing the WTF/USTU style of taekwondo, this is a very valuable and useful book. Masters Lee covers most aspects of Taekwondo such as the stretches, the strikes, kicks, and he even devotes a section on the Olympic competition rules. The bulk of the volume, however, covers the forms students practice in order to advance in their belt levels. These forms include the older Palgwe sets, the current Taeguek forms, and also every belt belt form from Goryo to Il-yo. The one small weak point is that there is not much covered on sparring or self-defense, but this is something best learned at the Taekwon-dojang.

WTF forms reference manual
Don't buy if you're looking for information on anything other than WTF forms. I was hoping to get a one-stop reference book for kicking, punching, breaking, and sparring as well as forms but instead received a reference manual for Kibon, Taeguk, and Palgwe forms. The author should have just left out the other sections of the book because a couple of sentences is not helpful when you are looking to perfect your kicks, punches, or breaking.I would suggest either The State of the Art or Taekwondo The Korean Martial Art for a better breakdown of the forms because both contain diagrams as well as step-by-step instructions for all the forms in this book (except for Kibon). I'm adding this to my growing collection of TKD books, but I would not have bought it if I had known that it basically only covers forms.

Best Poomsae Book out there.
This is the second Poomsae book I have purchased and it is much better than the first one I tried. The pictures are very clear and the descriptions couldn't be better. Highly recommended if you can find (not sure this is still in publication as I had to purchase mine used).

some errors, though that may be due to american/english variations in patterns...
