True Legend.
The Sennheiser CX series iems are a legend in the iem category and the CX213 proves it beyond all doubt. What stands out is the abundant/ loud and clear sound coming out from such tiny earphones. It's very comfortable. It has a unique sound signature that even the costlier sennheiser earphones don't have but not every one will like its type of sound. The sound isolation is superb and you will love to play them really loud for long hours and thats where all the problems began for me. I could not hear anybody knocking on my door which is crtically important for me. I use open back full size cans more often due to this reason. Due to safety reasons do not wear these while going out as the sound is immersive and you will not hear any ambient noise making it hazardous. Best sounding iems I have heard till date overall. The design is great but the wires could have been fifty percent thicker. As things stand the wires tend to tangle and is a con. They have to be pushed deep in the ears and use the right size ear tips because if they dont make an air tight fit then the sound sucks with iems. Major con is that it can be difficult to differentiate between the left earphone and the right earphone as they look identical and the markings on them to differentiate the two is too small to easily read. A must buy if you are an audio enthusiast. An important finding having owned them for a long time is that If don't use these earphones for a duration of one year then you have to do a burn in preferably using a headphone burnin app for 40 hours at 80 percent volume to get these to sound right all over again. This is found with a few other earphones as well but not all of them and not to this extent. Between this and the street 2, go for the CX 213 if you value more of that unique sound signature otherwise go for the Street 2 as it's cheaper and is more balanced in its sound. The Street 2 although good and many will say it sounds better but some how I prefer the CX 213.

Cx213 is below average product compared to the price to the price tag wire quality is very poor sound quality is only positive factor durability of the product is very bad one side of earphone stops functioning after 1 year of gentle usage service center people are unable to replace it with same product intead they are replacing it with another cheap product cx80 bcz according to them cx 213 is discontinued despite the fact cx213 is still available in many online platforms it has been 1 month since i have submitted the defective product but still they haven't sent me the replacement nor the customer care is receiving calls

It's Good but not the best.
The Voice quality of the Sennheiser CX213 is good and noise cancellation as well, but sometimes it's too become too sharp that you can not listen to the proper vocals. Talk about the bass, it's not good, previously i was using the JBL T150A and must say they are better then CX213. The noise cancellation of T150A was also great and even if you listen to any song on the high volume the vocals will be clearly hearable. And you won't feel any sharpness. But sadly JBL T150A are not available. So, that's it from my side. Under 1000 CX213 is a good earphone.

take it Sennheiser CX213 they are awesome for music lover who like loud sound with bass
what i have to say about Sennheiserit gives you value for money productfrom past 6 yr i am using Sennheiser headphone for soundi was using more than 2 year sennheiser mx 470 but still they running than in bike accident they was brokenthing is that sennheiser headphone are robust thats why company gives 2 year warrantyabout sound quality i am using iphone ipod sony walkmaniphone earbuds are not even give sound like sennheiser head phonenow talk about sennheiser cx213its gives powerful sound with quality1) it have 16ohm impedance mean it have high quality wire which consume less power 32 ohm impedance consume just double power so your music player drain fast. less impedance is good2) 25 Hz - 20000 Hz in this frequency its works awesome but if you found higher frequency difference like 16 hz to 25000Hz than go for itmore difference is frequency good for head phone each instrument using in creating song hv identity n u can easily find if u have higher frequency headphone.but still am gonna say cx213 is awesome3) some review says at higher volume its have distortion in sound but i don't find anything like thisat 100% volume with amplifier connect with iPhone don't even have miner distortion like sony headphones do.4) 115dB sound can blast your love for musicsuggestion - don't use 100% volume for more than 30 min in a dayif you use more about 2 hr in day 100% volume they effect on your earand you find yourself anger all the time ...

sennheiser cx 180 vs sennheiser cx 213 ?why 213?
well been using them for a day but i checked the sound almost every genre ...firstly i was in confusion over cx 180 or sennheiser cx 213 ,but the sound in cx 180 trembles a lot ,and i donot like a very common product usually most of my frds using cx 180the sound is clear in cx 213 if u r not a metal lover ,if u r then it is not made for ui have used sony md150 , before ,they are excellent but the sound is very low so i returned and buy sennheiserbetter than soundmagic es 18 and other models of soundmagic been using them for 3 yearsi say in my perception there are better than cx 180 for me because i like pop music ,soft ,crispy sound ,bass is good ,louder than cx 180 ,i think these are a bit overpriced but i got it 841 ,.....cheaper than cx 180so read it before you blindly go for cx 180well it also depends what kind of music you like so choose according to your genreone more thing the jack of this device is silver plated which is good ,if u notice in cx 180 its gold plated ,,,,,,plus its wire quality is good ,double wires ,which makes it a clear winner over cx 180 ,sound is more than any earphone in this range
