Worked great
Had a hard time removing old one calcium deposit all over threads took awhile.. Was a Breese to install after old one was taken out and it was brittle .. 👍 Last time I installed one I'm guessing 10 years ago? I'm sure copper is better but more expensive and last longer.. Water makes the plastic brittle and breaks down water release..

It works flawlessly
In hindsight, I should have bought one with the metal body, but money was tight. It is difficult to tighten the quarter inch compression nut without turning the body of the float inside the cooler. There's a plastic hex fitting on the inside but it was difficult to get to with wrenches. Long needle nose pliers ended up doing the job though. The float arm is easy to bend into a proper position when there are obstacles (like the pump) in the way. I just installed it three weeks ago so I can't comment on its longevity, but I will update this review if it fails earlier than expected.
