I have been give sooooo many wine opening gadgets and some have strengths but they all have weaknesses. Years ago I was required to use a wine key to open in a restaurant. This opener is the same quality and ease of use. It works so nicely because it is well made, a simple design and not too cute. Highly recommend and will be sending as Christmas presents next year!!

This is the best yet. Used it for the first time last night and the double cam/pull is awesome. It also looks great and feels great.

Ordered one of these for myself and was impressed with the quality! This corkscrew feels nice in your hand and has proven to be pretty durable. We liked it so much, we bought a couple as gifts this holiday season

The wine opener is very pretty to look at. It is stiff and I have to fight to get the parts to come down properly. No matter where i position the corkscrew either edge of the fulcrum to line up with the bottle edge properly. Its hard to to pull up as a result and almost always end up hurting a finger. Its now hanging out in my junk drawer.

Unlike my Swiss Army Knife, the cap opener easily opens all my beer caps and the wine opener screws in well, and then wedges up the form at two settings. The little knife is perfect for cutting the wine cap foil.

I was hopeful this would work well. I like the idea of the double hinge. The design is a bit "off". The first step on the hinge was not placed well. I kept slipping of the edge of the neck on the wine bottle. I am returning it to amazon with the hope to get a better double hinge.
