I've been using this robot vacuum for a while, and it has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. Value for money: It is incredibly reasonably priced given the high quality and functionality it provides. Ease of use: Setting it up and getting it running on a daily schedule was an absolute breeze. Cleaning performance & Dust collection: It picks up dirt and debris effortlessly. The dust collection system is highly efficient, leaving the floors spotless after every run. Features & Battery life: It comes packed with smart features that make navigation seamless, and the battery life easily covers my entire floor plan without needing a mid-clean charge. I am rating this 4.5 stars instead of 5 only because I ran into a minor hiccup where the water tank got faulted. However, I reached out to their customer care, and they sent a replacement tank within 5-7 days. The response was prompt and completely hassle-free, which is very good service compared to other competitors in the market. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review after using this ILIFE V20 Robo Vacuum cleaner for more than 3 months. This was my first Robo vacuum cleaner and I wasn't aware this product was this much useful. If you understand how this works, for example how it detects it charging dock etc you won't face any issues. Mind you this is one of the basic robo vacuum cleaners hence it is not powered with AI or camera to detect stains but it cleans pretty decently and it's extremely convenient to use, make sure it's connected to the WIFI router through out. You can either schedule a planned cleaning or even initiate the cleaning from any part of the world using your phone. It's loaded with feature which are highly useful not just for name sake. The way in which it maps the house during the initial setup is mind blow, it actually drew the actual plan of my house. The way in which it maneuvers itself between furniture is unbelievable. It's value for money and absolutely Mind blowing!!! Now I am reconsidering the rating given and taking away 1 star after facing some technical issue with the product, though the product is good, if you face any technical issues, there is only online support available where a tech person will send you some videos and will ask you to follow the troubleshooting steps. That said, product is super useful and efficient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very happy with this iLife robot vacuum. It cleans the floor efficiently and picks up dust, hair, and small debris very well. The navigation is smooth, and it saves a lot of time and effort, especially for daily cleaning. The battery backup is good, and it is easy to operate through the app. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a useful addition to the home. Highly recommended!

Excellent Robot Vacuum – Great Value for Money! The iLife Robot V20 is an excellent choice for mopping and cleaning. Have been using it for 3 weeks. Decent product at a great price. Few points to know for first time buyers - 1. Does a "good" job at cleaning and a "Okay" job at mopping. Had to let you guys know although i am fine with the mopping efficiency. 2. The mop is a piece of microfiber cloth with water from a tank in the robot and depending on how dirty your floors get everyday, you should remove it and clean it. I have to clean every other day. The company provides 2 so that you can alternate and always install a dry one for use. 3. The robot has a cylindrical roller with soft fibers that acts like a brush helping picking up debris from the floor. Here's the problem with that "Long hairs and fiber or threads get stuck to it" and you have to manually remove the roller to get rid of it. I have 2 women in my house so i have to get rid of them every other day. The company knows it and hence provides a cutter for this purpose. Everything else is great like battery backup and LiDar etc. Overall, it saves you time and energy. You only have to maintain it and the maintenance is minimal and "very" easy.

I’ve been using the iLife and have been very happy with the overall experience. The device performs really well and makes everyday cleaning much easier. What impressed me the most, though, was the excellent customer service. I had an issue with the device, and the support team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. They properly handled the issue and covered the device under warranty, which made the experience even better. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind its product and provide genuine after-sales support. Overall, a great product backed by excellent service. Highly recommended!

I'm using it for almost 3 weeks now... Cleaning capacity is exceeding expectations. Can clean near to 600 sqft in single charge. I'm using it on ground and 1st floor. Mapping function is good. Gets to all possible corners. For best results, remove all possible obstacles before cleaning, also it performs better with lights on, natural or artificial. I clean the brushes and filters once a week... Recommended to prolong filter and brush life. I don't use mop function.

I am using this from over past 3 months It is working good without any problem or without any down time. Additional features like cutting of hairs &threads etc collected in the rotating brush by itself is highly recommend

Facil de usar, funciona excelente, supero mis expectativas de limpieza, podría decir que aspira practicamente igual de bien q mi aspiradora convencional (de una marca muy reconocida) solo por las esquinas q obviamente no aspira pero personalmente no es un problema, solo saco la basura de las esquinas y la dejo lista para q la aspire. No sigue un mapa o un patrón pero la dejo aspirando mientras hago otras cosas y despues de un rato reviso y si falto algúna área la firijo con el control y listo. Aspira cabello largo y anque se enreda a veces en los cepillos, no le afecta en el desempeño sin embargo si cuido que se mantengan libres mientras aspira para evitar q vayan a dañarse. Muy satisfecha con la compra Edité esta receña hoy 27 de enero de 2022 pues ya tengo año y medio con mi aspiradora dandole un uso casi diario y no ha dejado de funcionar, ni ha bajado de calidad su desempeño, pero cada vez q la voy a usar me aseguro se q este vacío el depósito, limpio bien los filtros con el cepillo q trae incluido, los cepillos los retiro para quitar el cabello q pueda estar enredado y listo la pongo a trabajar (nada de esto es complicado ni bromoso de hacer, es rapido y no te lleva más de 5 minutos) y cada 4 meses cambio el filtro HEPA (el blanco). ASI QUE SIN NINGUNA DUDA LA SUPER RECOMIENDO Compra hecha el 23 de Junio de 2019 y a la fecha 25 de Agosto 2023 sigue funcionando excelente siguiendo los cuidados mencionados anteriormente.

I've been using the robot vacuum for two weeks and I'm amazed by it! I have long black hair that sheds a lot. Throughout my life, I've had to constantly vacuum and pick my hair off the floor by hand. I had considered a robot vacuum before but expected I'd have to regularly cut hair off the brush like I have to do with my regular vacuum. I recently went in search of a robot vacuum that sucked hair off the floor without having it get tangled in a brush and the iLife was my first choice. I thought because it was a budget-friendly vacuum that it wouldn't be this good, but I was wrong. What you get for the price is incredible! My floors has never been this bare; totally free of hair, dust, and crumbs! It catches everything! Even goes under my furniture, which I'm super lazy at cleaning. There are some cons, but I still give it 5 stars for its unexpected capability given the price. #1 Pro: It vacuums hard floors perfectly without your having to lift a finger. No more hair, dust, crumbs! Minor Cons: - The sensor could be improved. Remote is not sensitive. I.e. You have to be fairly close and pointing at the vacuum with the remote. Often have to press it a few times before the command is registered. -Also, presumably, a sensor problem: The vacuum struggles to "return home" when you press that button on the remote. Even if it registers the command, it'll wander aimlessly...even if it's right beside the dock to return home. I called iLife customer service about this and they said that there has to be at least 6 feet of free space in front of the dock. If you live in Toronto, in a 450 sq ft apartment, that's a difficult ask. The robot has to have a clear view of the dock because the sensor is not smart. I was told that it also won't find the home dock if there's a dark coloured rug in the way. I have a white and grey rug near the dock (2 feet away). CS said my rug shouldn't be a problem, but it is. I did a test by removing the rug and it was able to find home more often (although, still not always). This con is a very small one imo, so I just have to physically move the robot back to its dock when it's done. No biggie! -Hair does get caught in the sweepers and it'll stop and go into error mode when this happens. This is also a super small con because all you have to do is turn it over and pull them out of the sweepers, then restart it. Compared to using scissors to cut through a mountain of rolled up hair in a traditional vacuum, this is a miracle! -It does climb on my rugs (and this impressed me because I wasn't expecting it to), but it's not great on them. I knew this going in because the vacuum suction is not as powerful as you'd find on more expensive robot vacuums made for carpeted floors/rugs (I compared). I bought it specifically for hair on my hardwood, so if that's your purpose too, this does the perfectly! The pros trump all the cons. I 💯highly recommend this for anyone with long hair that sheds a lot!
