Averagelly good product. .
Given me a product. Its print will be good. But does not given a user guide.. so i given problem for installing. But its a good product..

Printer gets heated
I think this product is either faulty or very bad product from SAMSUNG as printer toner getting heated and some smoke is coming out of it.

The Print work done by this Samsung printer is quite good.

Don't buy - breaks quickly and no service provided by Samsung
Printer stopped working after two months. The service engineer replaced the logic board but it still didn't work. Since then the service center and Samsung customer help have said that they don't have spare parts, and don't know by when they will be able to repair it.Despite multiple parts failing so quickly, Samsung refuses to replace the piece as that is 'not policy'. We are supposed to wait an indefinite amount of time (so far it has been almost a month) for the repairs to happen.

Good printer faulty cable.
Printer is working just fine!! It's standing up to its name and features. The only issue I had was that the supplied power cable with it was faulty. And I had to replace it with other one. Otherwise everything is good.
