Very good product for small business and also good if your Childs going to school and need print daily for their schooling

It’s a branded company well known for this product
It’s a very good product and very easy to operate and we can do both the side printing so save the space and money even Xerox can be done so no need for another xerox machine so this product is all in one

Damaged or refurbished products being sent
Defective product is sent. We bought Brother & Epson thru Amazon. The delivery was delayed & finally the product was defective. We realised the issue post the return window as our business started after. The engineer confirmed that these printers sold online were in reality refurbished & defective rejected even by support staff. Bad product. Attached photo is on the unsuccessful 10th day of rectification trials. They have replaced almost every other part but for mechanical. The service centre guys say they won't replace it. we are stuck investing 23k. NEVER EVER BUY BROTHER PRODUCTS. THEIR SERVICE IS HOPELESS UNTRAINED ENGINEERS DOUNG TRIAL & ERROR.

Works well, as described
The only drawback is the scanning feature no longer works natively in the latest version of Mac OS X. You can have to use the free Brother software.

Good for small office
For installation I followed a video on YouTube. This was very simple. Print quality is nice. Double side printing is fast. Scanning is also quick.

This is good printer at this price.Only drawback is of display.Display don't have LED in background hence you are not able to read display in night..I have replaced my front panel under warranty but it same effect...Its very strange that brother have not provided display with background LED

Good MFP
The product is really good1. Fast Printing2. Less Operating Cost3. Duplex Printing4. Drum and Toner are separate - which is good. Drum unit (comes for 25000 pages) costs 1800 and Toner (comes for 2500 pages)will cost 750. Those are the only wear and tear components.5. Auto scan (through ADF) is fast.Very good for small office and decent home usage.Note: this printer doesn’t have 2 sided auto scan through ADF.

Indeed, brother is at my side
Little apprehensive while placing order and when the received and experienced with printer left me amazed, what a product with moderate rather economical cost with the features offered, wonder none can do, Best wishes to brother and the team.!!!
