XSPCG1/4" Plug with 10k Sensor, Black Chrome

Needed a temp sensor to control fan speed based on water temp, and it also needed to be a "black nickel/ black chrome" This was one of the only options I saw and was at a pretty decent price. It works really well and I have not had any issues.The one thing I wish I could change, towards the metal temp part the heatshrink was not fully "sealed" I am sure its so there is some bending room depending on where you install in for your build. But I would have liked to see the heatshrink make a full "seal" over the both the temp part and the wire. Knocked one star off for that reason. Otherwise top notch and would highly recommend to anyone doing a black nickel/ black chrome theme like I did.Thanks XSPC!

I used this to monitor coolant temperatures of my PC's cooling loop. I had an external sensor stuck between the radiator fins before, and that really wasn't satisfactory. I installed this as a drain plug replacement in one of my radiators and it provides accurate, steady temperatures and reacts quickly to temperature changes when used in place of the external sensor I had used before.

The title says it all. This thing is plug and play and accurate. If you are using a custom loop I highly recommend you get one of these. It will make life much easier with regards to overclocking and troubleshooting your setup and of course monitoring performance.

Works like a charm. Plugged right into my Corsair commander pro and now my fans ram to the water temps.

Purchased as an inline temperature sensor for my cpu coolant loop. Added this to a 3 way fitting to act as a 90* bend and inline temp monitor. Worked right out of the box with both my asus z97 pro gamer board and z390-a board. Recognized by AI suite 3 and is used as a trigger to start additional radiators if the loop breaches a pre defined threshold.

After 2 weeks in my cooling loop it is no longer sending reasonable readings. My CPU temp is holding in the high 20c's to low 30c's doing email and web browsing. This sensor is reporting 120c! Obviously erroneous. I did not place this sensor behind a shutoff valve so it will stay in my loop until the next coolant change. I discovered that the issue was that the wires were broken and shorted. That is why I was getting erroneous readings. The wires were not supported or braced in any way. What a poor design for a sensor that needs to be installed in line.

XSPC has just as good a fitting as any top brand and for less compared to some, i use XSPC fitting almost on every build unless asked by customer to use another

Works and no leaks! But quite expensive

Had these before and by far the best inline temperature sensor on the market (@XSPC please don’t stop making them)..

Der Sensor verrichtet seine Arbeit wie erwartet. Die Temperatur wird dabei in 1.0 °C schritten ausgegeben - zumindest wenn dieser Temperatursensor an einem GIGABYTE X570 AORUS PRO angeschlossen ist. Durch die schnelle Durchmischung und Angleichung der Temperaturen im Kreislauf ist die Positionierung des Sensors eigentlich egal, sodass jeder freie 1/4 Zoll Anschluss benutzt werden kann. Bei mir steckt er in einem freien Ausgang der Pumpe.Die Installation und Einrichtung war Problemfrei - der Sensor wurde sofort korrekt erkannt. Auch lassen sich die Lüfter über das Temperatursignal steuern.

The only reason I've kept it was that I needed this sensor asap and couldn't afford to wait any longer.At least it's working.Do not buy !!!

Kabel ist lang genug und schwarz gesleeved. Der Sensor bzw. das Fitting selbst entspricht der erwarteten Farbe Black Chrome / Black Nickel. Die gemessenen Temperaturen sind ohne auffallende Abweichungen korrekt.Für diesen Preis super für alle, die die Wassertemperatur im Auge haben möchten.
