just what I was looking for
delivered at just the right time. three weeks in and I'm very happy with the fridge/freezer it keeps everything cool or frozen, as it should! its nice to have cold water and or ice at the press of a paddle. it was just what I was looking for!!

Awful delivery
Fridge freezer is fine but the delivery was awful very heavy handed banging the box into my doors, scraped my floors took absolutely no care at all. Dumped it in the hallway and said that was all they were doing!

Very poor warranty service
My Samsung fridge freezer has given good service to date, it carry’s a 10 year warranty and is just two years old. Recently the ice making section stopped working. I contacted Samsung to get a repair organised under the warranty on the 9th March, today is the 4th April and after 3 phone calls Samsung have failed to repair my fridge. I have now paid someone to repair my fridge, so cannot recommend anyone to purchase a Samsung fridge with such poor customer service.
