25' 25 FT Feet Aluminum Telescoping Flagpole Kit with The United States of America USA Flag

Easy and simple installation. It is nice having the American Flag flying. It is a beautiful flag. However, I could not install the ball with the solar light I bought to go with it due to the stem on the ball being too short to go through the hole in the light. If you would length the stem threads 1/2 inch it would work. I like the flagpole though. Good job.

After purchasing many things from Amazon throughout the years, this is the 1st time and I am displeased with the way it was advertised and also the items that were suggested to be purchased with it. This was a gift for my husband and I looked at a lot of them and purchased this one mainly because it did not say MADE IN CHINA, but guess what it IS, and so was the USA Flag that came with it. I have pictures to support all of my comments attached. The flag was folded in a plastic bag and had moldy lines where the folds where and it was stained with rust around one of the rings. It was recommended that the "Solar light for Flagpoles" be purchased with it and some plastic hooks, which I did so that the flag could fly 24/7. After getting the base of the pole set and stabilized in concrete, we realized that if you unscrew the gold ball to put on the solar light you can not attach it. The threaded shaft of the gold ball was not long enough to go through the solar light and into the pole. Fortunately, my husband is extremely creative and has plenty of tools. He went to the store, got a long bolt, with the exact threading of the ball shaft. He then cut off the plastic shaft off the ball, threaded inside the ball, cut the steel bolt to the correct length and then screwed it all together so that the solar light would fit. He was very proud of himself (as I am too) for making all of this come together and place it on the pole, attached a flag, extended the flagpole to its 25' and it looks absolutely beautiful in our front yard. The solar light charged and the flag is illuminated at night, as required. Most people would have returned the entire thing, except for what was solid in the ground! This is a hard review to write because even though we love the flag and have received many compliments, it was MADE IN CHINA and would not work without major modifications, correct tools and ingenuity and that makes me MAD!

Unfortunately, this units anchor pipe was a bit larger than my former one so I had to install a new concrete pad in order to install it! Thanks to a 60lb. bag of "quikcrete", it was ready to go up in just a couple of days to allow the concrete to cure. My solar powered top light fit perfectly on top and the supplied flag was very nice! If I had any concern it was with the "locking" of each section of the pole. You must be very sure that you twist each link tight or the pole will "lower itself"!

Purchased this for our home so we could proudly display the American flag in our home and was really happy about the price. When we received this happiness began to diminish rapidly. Here are a brief reflection on the pros and cons:Pros:(1) Price(2) Was accurately described with a 25-foot poleNegatives:(1) The globe has two separate sections, instead of one, which was a bad design as since it is two separate pieces, the globe pops off and cannot be properly secured.(2) No instructions and because of this, you are unaware that you must twist each section to secure or it collapses within itself, which causes you to have to reassemble if you are not aware of this(3) Each rubber/plastic seal at the joints broke and because of this, the sections come completely apart.(4) The plastic flag holders broke immediately and they are not secured to the pole, causing the flag to continuously spin around with any change in the wind(5) If you want to connect a second flag, it has to be connected to the bottom of the American flag and suffers from the same unstable connection.In the end, very unhappy with this purchase but since it was cemented into the ground, are stuck with it. Do not believe the claim that it is a high-quality product. It is far from this and while it is a great price, for a few dollars more, can purchase a high-quality​ dependable pole elsewhere.

...to install. 5 bags of concrete, a little sweat digging the hole and voila, a flag you can fly and be proud of. The included flag is lightweight so even a slight breeze fluffs it out. The telescoping feature allows flying the flag even in a gusty wind since it is very simple to lower it 10' when you fear that the pole is moving too much. It took only 4 hours to prepare the hole and the concrete, fill and install the sleeve. The most difficult part for me was waiting 24hrs for the concrete to set before installing the pole. I actually waited 48hrs, just to make sure that the concrete was REALLY set but now I proudly fly the flag daily. If you're feeling patriotic, this is an easy way to show it.

Looks Great in my yard, and easy to setup and install. I had one for one year now, however after 75 mph wind took it out not good in very high winds. As other review noted it does FREEZE UP after raising and lower several times. It works good in high wind if you do not fully rise each section of the pole. I have order a other one to replace it... so live and learn what do you expect for the price of the pole. You get what you pay for...

I bought this so we can have a colors ceremony at an activity which I attend. We clipped a pulley in the upper attachment spot, with a line so we can raise and lower the flag in the usual way, and that seem to work great. It is light and compact so it is easily carried and stored. We did lower it slightly in a high wind, but we hadn't had a problem - just lowered it because we felt more comfortable with the way the flag was blowing. It was as advertised, and I would purchase again if I ever have the need.

The flag pole is excellent. The flag that comes with it though is not. I bought this in Nov 2015 as a Christmas gift for my husband. He did not even put it up until Spring 2016. (Late April early May). Now it is only the end of October but we shouldn't be seeing the ends of the flag are all shredded and frayed. The color has completely faded from the red stripes. Even the blue has faded so much. Just expected a little better wear and tear of the flag too.
