TetraFin Goldfish Crisps, Clear Water Advanced Formula

I posted pictures when I got the product of an experiment soaking the flakes in a glass of water for 2 hours.. I was trying to duplicate the results some have gotten in having the water dye pink.. When I looked at the water it was still crystal clear, so I assumed they improved the product and posted pictures of my results.. I've used the food for 2 weeks and I like using it, fish likes it.. just the thought of it producing less waste is a positive.. but since my last water change 6 days ago I haven't been able to clear the slight cloudiness in the water.. and this is while using a Purigen bag that is supposed to produce crystal clear water better than carbon.. so today I took the filter components out ( AquaClear 30 Power Filter)  to wash them off and the sponge and Purigen bag are both dyed pink.. I couldn't believe it as the water itself doesn't appear pink, just slightly cloudy.. but this pink is coming from only one place.. the food. I posted a picture of the Purigen bag, it's supposed to be white.. So I guess i'm switching foods again.. I need a clear tank.. outside of the cloudy problem it was a good food though.. flakes don't fall apart and remain floating long enough for fish to finish them.. not like the other flakes that crumble apart.. I really wanted to like this food but the negative kills it for me.. if Tetra is reading this.. i'll use this again if you can fix the dye problem.

I order D it to use it as a treat for my betta fish in addition to other frozen blood worms and such. These floating flakes are good and my fish likes it. Did not cloud the water and stays afloat for a while before the fish could consume it.

i have two goldfish that just love this food. i like the crisps over the flakes. they just seem cleaner although i don't know that they actually are. the crisps as a whole piece are still small enough that my smaller goldfish (about 2 inches long) can still eat them.

These little round crisps are a great help in keeping your tank cleaner,Tetra is a top of the line product,and the fish love emA well balanced meal for your fish in a little round crisp....Good stuff!

These crisps are great especially for beginners or those prone to overfeeding their fish. The back of the bottle tells you one crisp for every inch of fish so instead of having to watch to see what your fish do or don't eat (and having to scoop out the extra) these crisps allow us fish parents to have an exact amount of food for our fish each and every time.There are two types of crisps in the bottle. Both crisps have an orange outer ring that contains their vital nutrients and vitamins, one of the crisps has a brown interior circle that is algae meal to stimulate the goldfish to have the richest color possible, and the other crisp has a yellow center that contains high-protein krill to help them with muscle growth.Overall, my little ones enjoy this food and I love all the nutrients it provides for them (me not having to scoop out any extras is a bonus ^_^)

The flakes were bigger than expected, but the gold fish seem to like this brand, so will be buying again.
