This machine stopped working after less than a total of 3 hours of use. I was charged a 25% restocking fee after returning the item which is ridiculous since it wasn't like I didn't want the machine; I only wanted it to be in working condition.

Machine did not work and did "come with 100 songs" ...fine print i missed ... comes with a link to download songs to sd card you have to buy... but machine would not stay powered on. Amazon great customer service

Can't control mic volune

I got this for my kids for christmas. I am going to return it after they've played only about 2 songs. The product comes with 100 songs, but these are songs that might have been acceptable in 1950. The songs seem to be mostly old folk songs and christmas carols. Things like "Go tell it on the mountain", and "Auld Lang Syne" and "Hark the herald angels sing". There certainly isn't any song in here less than 30 years old. The newest songs are probably "La Bamba" and "The House of the Rising Sun". My kids looked through the songs and basically didn't know any except "Old MacDonald". The product has a website that has another 500 or so available songs, but they are also more of the folk-song/christmas carol variety.I figured I'd be able to download modern songs, but it requires an .LRC format, which apparently is rarely used any more. I tried looking for some downloadable .LRC files but all of the websites looked pretty flaky. Even if I had downloaded some songs, I'd have to put them on an SD card, which seems like technology from 5-10 years ago.Overall, if you were extremely devout christian, the musical selection looks fine. Songs like "Onward Christian Soldiers" and "Michael Row the Boat Ashore" fit right in.My kids are looking for the kinds of songs they get in the "Just Dance" variety, things like "Call me, maybe", "Carry On", "Try", "Roar"...If I cannot return this, I'll donate it to a thrift shop and look for a different product that either carries newer music or at least allows you to easily upload new music.Oh yea, this thing also hooks up to Ipods, but there is still the problem that the device is looking for the .LRC formatted files, which seem hard to come by.

What kind of karaoke machine has no Mic volume? This is not a friendly version for karaoke lovers. My foster children recieved this as a gift. They are super bummed that there is no mic control. This is not an Amazon problem. It's is a karaoke usa problem with their product
