No, it is not gluten free nor can it be purchased as such. Here is the Product information I have:Honey flavored powdered preparation for florentines.Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72ÂºF, 20- 22ÂºC)Ingredients: Dehydrated Glucose, Honey powder, Sugar, Dextrose, Hardened vegetable fat, ButterfatApplications: To produce florentines, almond slices, nut biscuits.Directions: 2 parts Bee Sting mix 1 part nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, coconuts) For Bee Sting topping, spread the almonds over the dough, and sieve the Bee Sting Mix on top. For florentines, combine the ingredients and bake in rings in a 200 degrees C/ 392 degrees F oven. Guideline: lower oven temperature to 325ÂºF/ 163C and bake to golden brown to avoid bubbles in the finished product for cookies or ice cream cups.

Should i mix this florentine mix (powder) with water, milk or some other liquid? also do i need to add anything else besides nuts?
