Authentic Gandules
I hosted a Puerto Rican family for a few weeks and they wanted me to try arroz con gandules, but gandules are apparently not the easiest to find here in the PNW.The rice and gandules dish was very tasty, it seemed like the gandules added a nice nuttiness to the rice.A little pricey for a bag of peas, but it was worth it to have an authentic dish made up by my guests.

Plant these immediately
I bought these after seeing a friend in a plant group post about them. They grow massive and so rapidly I couldn't be happier. The flowers on them are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. So whole this review isn't for how they taste or last I figured this might help someone else out there. While the prices for produce in the stores is skyrocketing the importance of feeding ourselves just became so much easier. Thank you so much Goya for another fun experiment that has worked out for me.
